Long time lurker of the forums, looking to no longer be branded a newbie. I've been following bitcoin for years, and have been mining for a few months. Currently I've been following a thread about bitmain's new miner and it has incited me to get more involved in the discussions. I'm not a spammer, troll (though it seems there are plenty of those) looser, etc. I have a background in computer science, and now I all of a sudden feel like i'm applying for a job. 

Really, I would just like to be unchained and allowed to contribute freely to the community without having to post a single non relevant item just to be validated... wait ... I see what you did there...

I've been lurking on the forums for weeks (prior to signing up as well) and have purchased hardware in the Drillbit group buy and would like to discuss things in their forums.

(I've also had the issue that previously attempting to post replies to threads in the 'Newbies' section in order to aid others with problems has resulted in me instantly getting the errors 'The last post from your IP was within the last 360 seconds' and 'You've already posted this' even though the posts don't even go through -- In fact I've had the same error trying to post this)

I request that I be allowed into the forums, I have lurked for quite sometime, and mined for years at btcguild & ozcoin, I even was instrumental in aiding ozcoin with their problems concerning a certain heist of quite a sum of btc (at the time).

Just let me in, I'm not new, not a spammer, recently bought a block erupter blade using information and links and contacts gleaned from this very forum (which I used to assess the reality/whether what I would purchasing was real and not fake - always go to the source!).
