I think that's fair. It keeps things clean and prevents people from posting just for the sake of taking up space. Now I just have to spend some time hanging out and learning how all of this stuff works.  Grin

How this will work for national sections ? Should a newbie do five posts into english newbie section in order to write into national section?

It seems like it takes some effort to realize that these rules exist, maybe add a static link in the header or footer instead of a thread?

Nice idea, it's a good way to get rid of all the spammers without them spamming everywhere.
Maybe I can use this idea for several other fora which are full of spammers!
