I agree with some of the members who are of the opinion that you don't need to understand every thick and thin of something especially money to use it,  once you know it has a value and it can buy you things you yourself start using it that's it.
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Because people read a lot of shit news on internet, like saying bitcoin is unsafe and things like that... That's why the knowledge is important, you have to see where you put your food, who don't know how a bank works, will use it forever even banks steal this people.

It is true but this technicalities is too much with kids or teenager, let alone they actually don't care as long as their needs is fulfilled by their parents.  I think we can promote this or tell this to the kid by creating a games that tells about the basic of bitcoin.  With proper guidance from parents who are bitcoin enthusiast, the effect of this game will be great.

Just like tell them simply that bitcoin is literally a source of income and real money. And they will surely gonna love as they are teenagers.

They have a lot of things to buy and I assure that it is goin' to be an easy thing for you if you can simply explain what bitcoin really is.

It matters their needs if you can tell them the important things about it.

because a lot of people who read a lot of news hoax about bitcoin and cornering bitcoin. I think this is what we should do to help bitcoin. namely to clear the name of bitcoin. perhaps by providing original information about bitcoin. maybe they (teen) was aware of what was bitcoin and may be interested

If your children actually see how you use and how you really make profit on bitcoin and they always heard a lot of times, they will eventually listen and become curious about bitcoin, that will be the right time to discuss them all about bitcoin..

Teenagers nowadays are not so much interested with profits, they want money to spend for whatever they want to enjoy their life but most probably they do not want to spend too much effort to get that, in other words they are just too dependent with there parents.

Although there are exemption as some teenager are pretty well train by their parents when they were just a kid but mostly teenager just love to spend but does not love earn.

Some kids nowadays are a bit lazy, I observed that with some kids that I attend to before, they do things that you told them to do, but never finishes it... But if you give them reward, they would do it, which I think is not a good idea to teach a kid... There are also kids who love earning, specially kids that are not rich, they learn things easier too, so probably they are the best one to be told about bitcoin...  Smiley

We have to tell them the thruth of bitcoin. All the bad news about bitcoin is come from jealous people of the sucess of bitcoin. Bitcoin is money, money is money, it can become some thing good or bad depend on the users. No cheating in bitcoin. Usng bitcoin is the same with using fiat. We have to tell them about the advantage of using bitcoin too, so they will get more interest with bitcoin.

I don't believe that children or any child under the age of 13/14 should understand *everything* regarding BTC. I believe that more teens need to understand money management better, but that's another topic.

I guess that 'everything' should be all about the good things in bitcoin and you should teach them bitcoin easily but don't forget the things that might get them serious for teaching them bad things about it. It is good if you will teach them and add some knowledge about bitcoin to them, but teaching them to work with bitcoin, I doubt about it.

Things to impart knowledge about Bitcoin lessons to children is something that is a bit difficult. because children usually do not understand the financial world in their minds. they usually if it is in the computer room. most of the children are always playing games on the computer. so if you have an online business like bitcoin telling little kids it would be difficult for them to understand.

I don't even think any of us knows *everything* about bitcoins. However, we can easily search it on google and find out about it. If you're going to explain bitcoins to anyone, you don't have to make them learn everything about it. The basics is only what they need in order to continue going on in bitcoins. Other things cannot be taught and can only be learned through experience.

If we take into account that I met with bitcoin, and as I began to study the issues related to cryptocurrency, I can say frankly that I can not explain to the child that nothing of what is already available, even to me.

I saw a thread here in this section about why bitcoin was created and saw a lot o stupid awnsers.. And those people are using bitcoin so I don't think people know too much to use however knowledge is a gift!

In a fairly young age, I think it is not necessary to hammer the head of the child, because it may be a backlash and we can get the negative effects that the child I want to receive the information about bitcoin even later.

My uncle's son is 14 years old and he used bitcoin faucets to earn money for his next big toy.  He only earns a little bit at a time, and you know faucets such a slow and time waste, however he thinks of it as money and continues his work. The more he gets, the happier he is.  So explain it to them as money, just explain the general difference between a few different currencies and how they work. When they will see money in bitcoin they Erik definitely use it.

In general yung guy get even smarter than adults. The fact that young people today grow up very quickly and have enough interesting things on the fly and old people just watch them doing crazy tasks. And so with cryptocurrency too they will do better then us, Perhaps we can not worry about that young people will be without knowledge but they will be definitely smarter
