These are horrible ideas.  Obviously none of you have children.

Tell them Bitcoin is like sex.  It is very dirty and should be avoided at all cost.

That will get them very interested and they will figure everything out by themselves.  No need to explain anything.

In other words, supposed that your kid came home with a 0/100 score in a Math exam. You'd manipulate your kids into studying saying that "Math is like sex. It's very dirty and should be avoided at all cost."? Next day, your kid goes home with a failing grade at Science, you simply do the same procedure. I don't think it would work at all.

If you think of it, it's pretty absurd since not all kids do the opposite of that they told. There are also kids that just follow what you told them. So when you say that bitcoin should be avoided at all cost, they will actually avoid it.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Clearly you are a dumb kid who tries very hard but failing to please your unworthy parents by doing all the things you are told.

I don't see a reason to explain bitcoin to children, in that's age they just know that mom and dad pay for everything. But teen aged people are starting to look for the ways to have their own money and bitcoin can be very good option to them. I would explain bitcoin by making parallels with gold, bitcoin is called as digital gold, so I think this way of explaining is the most easy and clear. Next I would bring a teen to this site and could help him to create a profile here. I count commenting for a campaign as the best source of free bitcoins whee you really need work and may grow and the result depends only from you and your work here.

Its hard to explain the bitcoin in children because  some of them are not interested, but in teenagers maybe not too difficult to explain because they have much knowledge to about the importance of money. Its better to explain it to teenagers because they know the expenses.
To explain them the bitcoin first I will introduce the bitcoin and I'll tell the advantages and disadvantages. Then, I'll give them some videos in youtube about bitcoin to give them more knowledge about it.

yup its true, the children only wants to play but we can introduce bitcoin to them by playing some games that give rewards for bitcoin. and i think there is many of games like this so we can download it, asked them to play while we can explain about bitcoin to them. but we don't have to explain until completed but we can explain the basic of bitcoin so they can understand and in future, they can learn by them self.

There are kids that need money too since not everyone's rich. And there are kids that just really want to do something instead of following the crowd and browse facebook 24/7. I've never heard that bitcoin is usually called "digital gold". Maybe it's because digital gold is actually a thing, a digital form of gold.

Instead of bringing the kid in this website right away, you should let him watch tons of videos and tutorial first so he shouldn't be a total newbie when he gets here. A total newbie would just post questions and even if there are signature campaigns that accept newbies, they aren't going to accept someone like that.

There are several games that give bitcoin as rewards. Only a small amount can be earned through it. Kids should not be motivated much to use bitcoin, because kids won't concentrate on other activities. They can learn slowly at the right time, teenagers can be explained and suggested to go full on bitcoin, as in future everything takes place through digitalized technology.

Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.

tell them that earning bitcoin will give them a lot of money thru online, it will make there life easier, if they are intereted you are willing to teach them, you will teach them the ways to earn bitcoin. With bitcoin they are possible to pay there tuition fee, there wants, their needs their neccesities and especially they can afford to eat in fine resto.

I oppose to this idea since this generation that teenagers or children are more exposed to technologies and gadgets. I guess its not that hard for the millennials to comprehend bitcoin. Lets say for example in minecraft, 90% of the players range from ages 6-18 years old so its really not hard for teens not to understand or know bitcoin especially that they are now exposed to modern technologies.

Even you want to teach him personally how btc works it will not help them. It will needed have thier own interests to learn about BTC explainkng it into not interested persons is just wasting time. Teach only the basic If they are interested to learn they will learn it in her own.

If you tell them the importance of bitcoin and tell them that you can make money from bitcoin in different ways. Then definitely they want to learn about bitcoin because money is the only thing that  force people to doget anything. Children loves gaming so you tell them they make bitcoins by playing games.

I don't like explaining Bitcoin to people that are younger than me because some of them just don't get it and if they do somehow get how Bitcoin works then I think about why should they even need to know about money and why they need to pass the information down to another person at a very young age when they could just be playing outside or playing with tinker toys instead.

Talking about Bitcoin to younger people isn't really important because using the payment system becomes a burden to some people if they don't try to help build the software to be even more reliable for bigger usage.

Yes, you are right - they must learn. But do not forbid them to earn. The child must develop comprehensively. Therefore, we must explain - that bitcoin is such a special kind of money

In my own opinion, it's pretty much simple explaining bitcoin to teenagers and children through videos and pictures. They find it more exciting and thrilling. I use it a lot.

You can find self-explanatory Tutorial Videos about bitcoins on the TUTORIAL TAB of my signature and referral link below

http://pebblesfund.com/ref/ed2209a97f

i hope it helps.

I am a teacher and I know how to make my students pique their interest into the topic that will be discussed, it is really a successful way of teaching.
And that pebblefund is one of the pyramidal scheme so guys be careful. This guy is posting this same link everywhere in this forum.

In my own opinion, not children, but it's pretty much simple explaining bitcoin to teenagers through videos and pictures. They find it more exciting and thrilling. I use it a lot.

That is one of the best way to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children by just sharing your experiences whether it is good or bad because they will be interested to your story because that is yours and for sure those people who will be the listeners are very close to you and it will become more interesting if you start explaining by from experiences and then saying the basic fundamentals of bitcoin like how it works and referring them to come here to our forum because this will help them to expand their knowledge more than you expect because all the stuffs are here and they just need some time and patience to understand bitcoin.

Well I am just discussing that since I am a mathematics teacher, I am using it as an example. Then they ask what is it so I let them watch a short video about it. They are on grade 9 by the way.
