I thought you read my previous post here because you replied to it. Anyway, as I mentioned in my last post in this thread, there's a minimum of 100 PRB required for redemption. I encountered the same issue and asked in the public chat as well as customer support, and both gave me the same answer. I wasn't able to redeem it because I ended up losing it while trying to reach 100. Hopefully, your PRB story will have different outcome. Lol
1 PRB = 1USD so for me 100 PBR for redemption is quite big. They should change it atleast 50.

Aside the fact that there is minimum amount to exchange, the system to exchange it through the reedem feature is still not working.
To exchange, you will have to submit a ticket to support and the support will do it manually.
It can be fast when there is active support when you request it but it can be a bit slow when there is no active support when you request it.
As per my experience, I've redeemed my PBR several times and the longest time I need to wait was about 2 hours IIRC.

Just like xlays said, the minimum should be 100 PBR before you can convert that to any crypto or Bitcoin.

The minimum Play-To of 100 PBR is a requirement for funds earned through our poker freerolls and casino play with free chips from our surprise box and daily top-ups.  This, and manual redemption, is primarily a security measure, as we already have about 200 abusive multi-accounts signing up every day to try and reach that 100 PBR goal from their free sign-up chips. Everyone is told that it can take up to 24 hours for redemption, but for approved players, it is much faster. I believe all tournament winners were redeemed within 10 minutes, after request.

Great Britain team left the village for a private accomodation and there have been uncountable complaints for the Olympic Village either for the quantity of food ( lack of eggs, chicken and carbohydrates which are essential for the proper diet of an athlet) and quality of it; also accomodations was poor  and the heat was unbearable in some situations : an Italian swimmer, Tomas Ceccon, was spotted sleeping on the grass in a park into Olympic Village to have some refreshment....not to talk about water of Seine.

Betcoin has been operating for many years, although there were some issues in the past (no casino without issue) but betcoin prove themselves that they can be trusted (at least for me).
Although I've never withdrawn more than $1500 but I had some withdrawals more than $500 each without any issue till now.
Last one was few weeks ago when I withdraw $750, an amount that I got for free from the poker tournament + additional amount from the slot win.
By the way, what message you get when you cant login to your account, there must something like notification message.
I dont think you do not need to worry as long as you did not do something that break their terms.
