Is something wrong with Betcoin.ag right now? About my balance, I can see I have an active real balance of SOL 0.5, if the current price of Solana is right now, this must be around $65, but in my wallet in USD, it showing only $0.56?
I remember the last time I logged in, I still had enough balance. Maybe this is only a visual bug?

As per my experience, it needs a bit longer time to connect, that's why our balance is not displayed correctly but it will be displayed correctly later by itself or as what you did (by refresh/reload the page).
It can be said as visual bug or maybe a slow process in the system for showing the balance but I'm sure its been a while like this so I think Betcoin need to fix it as soon as possible.
This may make players (especially new players) who will be a bit panic or worry about it if they experience it for the 1st time.
Not a serious issue for myself though because I experienced it myself many times so I'm familiar with it already

IIRC, they do have in the past but it's best to check the promotions page from time to time. But at the time, not related to dota 2, there's always the promo that is active there.

Nope, my IP address is not changing. It only happens after I close my browser after a few hours and try to go back in the Betcoin website, I need to login again. It happens always and I can guarantee my IP is not changing.

It happens to me as well most of the time but I know it is because I'm using dynamic IP so IP changing is high likely to happen constantly.
Now the question is whether you are using static IP or dynamic IP, if you are using static IP then your IP wont change and it means that there is something need to reviewed by betcoin.
But since you have said that you can guarantee that your IP is not changing, it means that you are using static IP.
By the way, getting logged out automatically once we close our browser is better (at least for me).

It seems it is already fixed, I didn't experienced again it today when I try to use the Betcoin platform. My IP was not changed for the past few days and that's why I assume the issue was already fixed.
