Your opinion on recreational drug use

As you can see in the subject, what is your opinion on a recreational use of drugs? So far I've noticed that guys that do drugs like mdma, ecstasy, cocaine, weed(if you consider it a drug, I don't tho) are lowlifes that are in the setting of "Let's get wasted, party and then do some more drugs" and nothing else but they always look at themselves as something higher than the others.

What is your opinion on that and is it the same at your place?

The only drug that is acceptable is weed(I dont treat it as drugs).Majority of the drugs are very addictive and makes people go crazy and high.Weed is relaxing and it has a lot of benefits.It shoukd be legalize all over the world.Cops are ignoring them anyway,they cool with it but if its other drugs,you better run cause they will catch you.Weed is not that addictive.You can live without it actually.Compared to other drugs, weed doesnt have this urges to use.

Why are you of the opinion that the only acceptable drug is weed? And why don't you treat it as a drug when that's exactly what it is? And weed might not be generally considered that addictive but many people do get addicted to it. I agree with all drug decriminalization, though. I don't think it's any right of the government to tel people what they can and can't put in their own body, and that's why I support people's choice to do drugs recreationally just as long as they're not hurting any one else.

You have a healthy attitude and the problem of today's world is not many people do. You don't like it, you don't use it, but you have no right to force your opinion on others.
I'm not using drugs myself but I would never try to punish people for doing it. These are their lives and their choices. This is what should change.

The drug users and their supporters claim otherwise. They claim that the usage of recreational drugs stimulate the brain. I know many writers and composers, who take recreational drugs so that they could get the "kick" to perform. Well, according to me, the truth is somewhere in between. Anyway, it is up to the individual to decide about it.

It depends what you mean by recreational drugs. I think that coffee, good wine, beer and weed are recreational drugs where the benefits can surpass the negative sides - if taken with moderation. Other drugs are more harmful and you'd better stay away from them.
