thats what i found in your terms and condition about refund policy :

"Ownership of INC carries no rights express or implied. Purchases of INC are non-refundable if the Sale
has raised at least the equivalent of $1.75M, otherwise the investment will be returned to the
Purchasers after the Escrow and miner fees deductions."  ----> can you tell us more about these fees ? and also when you will be able to execute the refund ?

$50,000 - $10,001 = 2%   i was the biggest investor and i gonna lost 40ETH for nothing....
i have put 2000ETH with the hope that others investors will follow, i am just so pissed off at the moment ....

Sorry to see this project is underfunded... My opinion is that it's just not the moment. Maybe in few years there will be more demand for services like this. Hope we will be refunded flawlessly.

why cant we just go through our ICO support page, were all our details are displayed legit, going any other way sounds abit dodgy

I think the team should not be too disappointed because timing is really bad. As you can see, Wings are experiancing same problem. After first day "attack" donations now are really low, raughly few BTCs per day. So it looks like everybody are going with the waves of BTC rise and expecting even higher profits or something that I might be missing

I didnt read the whole thread but did u guys considered to make a second ico but this time in an exchange. Like bittrex for example is easier to get funds this way.
