As for Eth, as long as more and more people uses it and further network developments its value will increase. vDice have collected I must say more than enough funds, are we going to expect possible sports betting or stick with plain casino games? 

Good idea for sports betting but it will be different concept with dice
We will wait for the final results ico then develop future projects then try to develop future projects

i think there is no minimum just max investment, and currently the investment amount around 213k ETH

i.e. it is generally considered bad practice to have an ICO with no upper cap.

The ICO ends on December 15th. After that no more vSlice tokens will ever be minted.
Whatever number there are at that date, that is all there will be.

1. there are 96m tokens and only 60m are available for crowdsale? Is that bounty included, or 60 2.5% of bounty?
2. what will be with unused tokens, for example if was bought 40m what will be with 20m?
3. when do you plan go to market and maybe you can tell on which?

When tokens start developing?

What do you mean exactly? You get tokens in you ethereum contract in 5 mins or so when you send funds to the vDice ICO. If its the platform that you are asking about, then I have to say that they have it running already and funds collected will be used to make it better and to add more games and features. Check out the roadmap. I am not sure about the dates.

It was a project that really surpassed expectations.
A good place in which to play games. Spend money on investment.
I think it will be even more valuable when you trade in high volume stock markets.
