My wallet is still stuck on being 24 weeks behind for the second day running. Is there anything I can run on the console which will help to speed up the synchronisation?
I've already cleared the roaming folder and restarted the wallet a number of times prior to this 2 day run but it still doesn't seem to be moving at all.
Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
If it's stuck on a particular block. please restart with ./zcoin-qt -reindex How can I do this? I am still stuck at 22 weeks... |

Hi, zcoin seems like a better investment value wise compared to zcash at the moment due to its low valuation. But could someone more familiar with the project help me answer a few questions that might be useful not only to me but also others thinking of investing  . 1)How many developers are working on this project? Are they good at thier job? 2)what are the major plans for 2017 and is there a deadline? 3) does the zcoin team have enough finance to develop the coin and compete with well funded projects? 4) is there a marketing plan to spread awareness of this coin to its target audience? Thanks for your answers in advance. |

Even after reindexing multiple times, it only dowloads 1400 blocks and says its march 23, 2017. estimated blocks 26000  -edit: Its working..  |

Thanks for your answers in advance. 1) We currently have 4 devs working on it (I'm waiting for the last one to give his info to me). Another 2 will be joining us in May/June. 2) The major plans are MTP and Znodes. MTP should be on testnet in first week of April. Znodes will take a few months. We have other improvements that we wish to get into such as stealth addresses, TOR support and an updated GUI. 3) Currently we have enough finances to develop the coin. We are funded by our investors and with the price strong in the past few months our bounty wallet is also sufficient to fund development. 4) We have just started our marketing efforts and have engaged several contractors to assist us with this. You will see these in the coming weeks. |

I think this is normal pool mining : stratum protocol (can use getwork to but stratum is better) solo mining : getwork protocol (there is an other one possible): should require some line in the wallet conf file if this is like others coins... |
