ARK Core v2 Close to Public Mainnet Release

Blockchain veteran ARK is proud to announce that its Core V2 release is underway. The upcoming Ark Core v2 offers a full-fledged flexibility and control of ownership over data, information, and speed while offering cost effectiveness for all its users. Built from scratch, the system will allow seamless interaction within the ARK ecosystem. Core v2 is wholly compatible with the ARK v1 protocol. Integration of the new code will be enabled by a hard fork in the block.

This ARK upgrade is pivotal in building a future basis for a community fueled ecosystem. Despite proving itself as a fast and reliable network, Ark did not rest on its laurels, rather it forged ahead by announcing a blockchain upgrade, in November 2017, to enrich its protocol. The public briefing for a new core code came after identifying vital elements that could be completely overhaul and replaced.

Read the details in the article of Coinidol dot com, the world blockchain news outlet: https://coinidol.com/ark-core-close-to-public-mainnet-release/

At one of the social media I also found out about Ark's neno ledger with cool image. When I looked at it's market price already shows reflection of this progress. I am interested in this product and believe that ARK is under valued at current price in comparison of other markets.

Once you jump on Ark ship you don't want to go back to your hype, scam, jack up sinking ship.

These are some big words and projects Ark team already done or used but other scammers trying to duplicate or/and claim to be the first.

"WordPress of blockchain",
scammer Elemential https://www.coindesk.com/wordpress-blockchain-startup-seeks-solve-enterprise-pain-points/
Scammer Proxeus https://techcrunch.com/2018/04/22/proxeus-wants-to-be-the-wordpress-of-blockchain/

World wide hackathons,
Scam jack up EOS want to get some https://eoshackathon.io

Soon we will seeing all-in-one blockchain, point click blockchain, Smartbridge/Bridgechains, GitHub bounty or plugin/modular/ webhooks concept are being copy and claim to be the first by other scammers.

And what about arcblock? They just used another fancy name for encoded listeners, so called "chain adapter". Not counting the fact that they basically stole the entire name (arcblock, are you seriuos?)

Ah, yes! I forgot about encoded listeners. Yes, as we can see these scammers are copy and claiming the concept, idea or code as their own. Some just changing the name or a little bit of concept and call it the first one of it kind, just like EOS hackathons crap.

Who wouldn't want to scam, shit like arcblock could make tens of millions in an instant with no blockchain, no wallet and some scam don't even have a web site, nothing.

Depends on the delegate mate, he/she's still one of the 51 delegates? He/she has a treshold for payments? If he/she is still forging have you tried to contact him/her? If you have questions btw, it's better if you on Ark's slack, if you're not there it's time for you to register https://ark.io/slack

why does ark not reach the same tx/s as other Dpos projects like eos, bitshares and steem?

shoudn't we reduce our block time and time to finality in order to become usefull for application builders?

Because others lie and hype so they could pump. I'm sure FX Thoorens could just say Ark can do 10k TPS and still no one would have any clue, just like other scam liars. Anything with Ark is possible just like Bitcoin but the storage would balloon up too much and too fast. The more TPS the faster bigger storage, those scammers just put out TPS out of their ass. You know, those scammers claim it that way but their whole blockchain don't even have 10k transactions per day. They just claim it so they could hype. Think about it, what is the point of claiming they have 100k or 100million TPS per second but their blockchain for the entire day don't even have 10k transactions? It don't make sense but seem everyone buy into this TPS hype scam. Eth claimed something like this then they choke like a chicken. Don't forget the bottleneck of the node who forging the block.
It's not possible to have 10k, 100k or 1m tx/s with decentralized because the chance a person node/computer who forging the block can't handle it, it's possible with a centralized blockchain with one or two supercomputers to handle this. All and all you can't have cake and eat it.

Example Ark could lower block time from 8 seconds with 2Ark to 4 seconds with 1Ark, then 150/tps now become 300/tps. Low to 1second then 1200/tps etc.. but the trade off with storage is not worth it in my view and their is no point to it when most scam blockchains have less than 10k transactions day.

I've done Ark.v2 TPS calculation, 150 transactions per block = 1,620,000 daily transactions, which is plenty. Currently Bitcoin have about 200k and Ether about 700k daily transactions. Eth all time high about 1,200,000 transactions daily and it choke the fukk out of it. If Ark lower it block time from 8seconds to 1second as I mentioned above it can do 12,960,000 transactions daily.

TPS = pure hype scam

Does anyone has information about that? Couldnt find it in the whitepaper or on github.
Would be great to get an answer with a reference of the source.

I am not complaining a year or two later.
I have been complaining for a year or two later. You can check here in this forum.

Do you believe it is fair that I do everything correctly and help ARK raise the so needed funds and then they default on me and keep the tokens for themselves?
Besides, I have been losing payouts for a year or two, so I am the one who suffers more because of the time lapse.

Hi Ark Community,

A small update from The Foundry. Our outreach so far has been going well. We notice with every recovery in the overall crypto market more and more people find their way to Ark and respond to the outreach endeavors of The Foundry. Currently we reserve 5 Ark for a new Ark voter!

Besides the outreach going well The Foundry will be attending consensus this year, so if you are there as well, come and say hi! We will be in NYC a couple of days earlier already to support Del and Biz with their meet up. Due to yoko's background he is able to reserve a nice event space in the middle of Manhattan. If others are interested in hosting events, please do reach out!

The Foundry will also attempt to become a delegate at Persona. Mainnet launch is close-by and we hope to make a flying start and set up a Persona outreach program as well.

Lastly, we do want to keep reminding people of the new ACF website: https://arkcommunity.fund/. Make a proposal or respond to a bounty!

Interested in The Foundry, do check our proposal: https://forum.ark.io/topic/501/actively-forging-successful-ark-outreach-program-yokoama-acf-board-member-and-tk0n-delegate-proposal-95-payout-1-for-ark-outreach-we-pay-tx-fees-true-blockweight-daily-payout-an-even-better-pool-for-small-voters

The extreme high lisk bonus is just for the first 24 hours, at the same period bitcoin also has a 30% bonus. Early birds should get more, and those that give us what we want (Lisk) should get even more.

Look, the conditions are set. They won't be changed 3 days before the TEC starts, that would be unprofessional.
So it's either take advantage of the opportunity or stay away because of it. Everyone interested can make their own decision.

TEC is over long ago
