Why the threshold percent is going to 80% and going back to 79% after that? Are you doing a refund or something like that?

That percentage is based on the value of BTC and Lisk.  So it fluctuates as value goes up/down.

its just because the bitcoin and lisk price is up and down
so if its price up it will increase and if the price down total percent will decrease

It's on 80 % since 2 days.
Investments were high on the fist day. Just because of Lisk blockchain issue

After 10 days we can hope to see a large number investments.
Inchain ico was aiming achieve$1.75 . There is high probability that they get refund. They will soon come here to invest there money.

Also, investments from Iconomi would bring big investments and boost the project.

Yep i think they invested 5000ETH for Golem that was for their performance fund. I think a lot of people miss Golem ICO.  If ICO will put some money to ARK, they may have to contact ARK team for it.

I think Cosmos had a similar idea no ? I was looking at it but their ICO was postposed for 02/16. Now that ARK was first I think I will support only this

yes but a couple of major differences are that Cosmos is PoS and ARK is DPoS

and Cosmos has a Vesting period of 2 Years where investors will not get their coins right away but spread out over 2 years, maybe like some sort of Steem scheme.
