Any reason why they give 120% extra for lisk?
Will be the platform build on top of the lisk?

The reason is simple: ARK Team belives in Lisk !
The 120% makes sense if you think Lisk is undervalued at the moment,
and if you belive that lisk, even at 120%, has a big potential to grow much further.

However, I dont think if Lisk was in the 1$-5$ range today those bonuses would be possible
but, at current price ranges of 0,2$ and even lower, I think 120% for first 24h its not overvalued at all !

Hey dude, the gleam.io backend is designed to deal with bogus twitter and fb account submissions. Basically their whole business model depends on being able to "spot the fakers". Although probably not perfect, it's much quicker and hands free than manually searching for those issues.
