So the terms now is changed, it is patial/optional refund or full refund, right? It will be cool

there's nothing changed in the terms.  It is a full refund, for those who want it.  You, as a participant will get a FULL refund. There's nothing in the terms that says we cannot continue on with the ARK project.  It just says everyone will get a refund which does not eliminate the possibility for us to give those who want to us to succeed to continue to support us.  

We have still a lot of time to reach the threshold and more. Often lot of investors join in at the last moment.

just watched the interview with coin interview. could not believe they collected so much so far, for such a hot air vaporware. i guess they make money with the lisk bailout, so why building a community from scratch, just make something with lisk or nxt community, they run already a blockchain as well.

if everyone starts now to do an ICO for a blockchain, then we end with 1000 blockchains next year, instead of some competitive against the private chains from the corporations. Do some AppCoins instead.
