ARK will launch regardless.  Some will get refunds and those who don't will reap the benefits.

there's nothing changed in the terms.  It is a full refund, for those who want it.  You, as a participant will get a FULL refund. There's nothing in the terms that says we cannot continue on with the ARK project.  It just says everyone will get a refund which does not eliminate the possibility for us to give those who want to us to succeed to continue to support us.

Sort of.  if you choose not to get a refund, you will get your ARK at mainnet launch, not right away.  You will get your ARK by at least 1 FEB but probably earlier.

Well, I look at it this way: I invested in ARK and if there is still going to be a viable project even if you don't reach your goal, my investment can ride as long as development continues and I get a return. No need to panic, just have to wait a bit longer as I see it.

IMO the team has chosen the correct plan, because if they fully cancel the project, they wasted energy, time and money on a void project. Now that people can choose to quit, like antshares. Left people can choose to trust the team, no refund=continue trusting.
