I've had about a half million of these in my wallet staking since the 22nd of September. Never got a stake yet. I upped it to 1.2 million now to see if I can get one. is half a million just not enough or what?

I haven't checked since the rate change but if the same amount is being staked as before, you need about a quarter of a billion! That is to stake every day. So wait at least six months if you have a million or so!

Thanks. was afraid of that. Been converting my GPU mining income to ember every day and putting it in my wallet. About 2 bucks a day so I'll just keep accumulating and be patient.

Is this project still active?

Yes the devs are very active and responsive.  There have been two wallets pushed out this month.  Once the APR downgrade is finished I suspect the devs will release more information and clarify the roadmap.

It looks like the network weight has dropped significantly a few days ago it was more then 90billion and now it is 17 billion seems as if coins of huge amounts are being burnt and there seems a likely hood of a new ecosystem starting for ember. I have noticed the network weight is rising a few hours ago it was at 12billion but it seems the dev strategy in lowering roi will take a long duration but this is a very positive sign for ember community, maybe the good old days will come back.

When I was reading about the problem witch sync of new wallet I been worried

about moving on it, and also I head same problem but I just add exceptions to my Firewall and wallet was fully sync in not even two hours.

In version 1.1.3 was a Bug but in two weeks we head new wallet 1.1.4 and there was problem with CPU load and transfer because in one month I head 300 Gb IN/OUT transfer 😉 but again DEV team made good JOB and they made a new wallet 1.1.5 with it I didn't have any problems listed above. But any way people was righting the they have problems with transfer of money from or to wallet and that was also my concern that's why first I made small transfer with 1000 amount on cryptopia an he go true then I transfer all my resources and also there was no  problem with it and only 20 confirmation needed. And like you can see DEV team made a very good job in last month they made three updates of wallet, of course the POS reward after 1'st Nov should be 720 APR but this 19 is also good and even better for coin because there will be les coins on market then the price should rise.
