I think 2 pool modules can probably cause problem now: unlocker and payments.
Lets fist to run pool with only "pool" and "api" modules, and after we will add unlocker module, and at the end we will add payments module, after 4-5 hours.
Now my pool is running only api and pool module and will not produce wrong transactions.

You don't have a problem this "round" after flush, because you had no payouts yet. Probably payout transactions from pools are mis configured.

When they reach other pools, pools' wallets reorganize the blockchain making their shorter chains forked. Pool operators should not resync when they are ahead of others. Moreover, they should increase the number of connections to the network to eliminate the lag. The ordinary user is almost not affected.

I will install the Wallet in a Virtual Machine with Linux but not running.

When my pool is starting all are ok! but when another pool comes out then all are srewed
so i do not know what to do.
Also for the payments in my pool i don't want to speak there are some people here that they take so they speak and not me.

I want to try to open my pool with the new configuration but i need only to test it if it is good
and if it is then i will continue.

Man calc is right!
We had different rollbacks and splits, so, many blocks were waisted.
Payments module disabled now, i am checking payout transactions problem now.
If anything will be wrong i will pay manually, but i hope i will fix payments and it will be automated.

Yes, i am fixing issues, now it seems xci simplewallet bug.

The pool is tested and it is working great, also auto payments are working.
So I started from scratch.
first payment is gone and it is ok.

GorillaPool started autopayments.I had to move pool funds to other wallet. Looks like there is some bug in XCI simplewallet that allow it to store already spend inputs. Reset not helps. When i moved my funds to other wallet everything is working good.
Hope will not see that issue again.

Thanks a lot for your good work and your time! I can confirm that I have received all payments I'm aware of. I'm not 100% sure about the payment that was in the first block that failed 2 days ago, but I can totally live that. :-)
