ok so it s a mixin problem because network is still to small ?
i guess with mixin 0 there is be no problem to send big amounts

The problem is not exactly mixin but transaction size. In XCICoin we have a dynamic limit for block and transaction size to protect blockchain against various types of attacks. Initial limit is 20kb, growing +100kb/year. Mixin also can cause transaction size problems at the early stages of blockchain life.

I sent some XCI with Anon Level 2 (standard settings) and it was sent instant, got confirmations fast... but i sent below 100 Coins.
Like a few people already mentionend: Don't send big amounts in a small network.

If your transaction is not included in blockchain your coins will arrive back after some time. All you need is to reset your wallet. You may want to backup it before reset. If you are using GUI go to File menu and press Reset. If you are using simplewallet enter the"reset" command. Mixin = Anonymity level and there is a typo in GUI from the original GUI developers.
