[ZEC] Zcash Speculation

I got a couple of miners pointed toward Zcash for now, and figure I am mining them for about a third of the going market price. So I am in profit unless they drop to under $10 for a significant period of time.

Anyway, I believe Zcash has a future, but like most coins only four months into their existence it is currently in accumulation stage. We will probably not see a big breakout until closer to 2018.

There are 200 BTC+ being mined a day, the majority of which must be sold by miners to cover expenses. Look at the buy walls and you do the math

Do you think the price will rise?

Yeah I think, because the reward of zcash is decrease everytime and it makes the supply is less time to the time.

For the time being, it is more profitable to mine the ETH directly. So it might be better to mine the ETH and sell for ZEC.

The best thing to do is stick with ETH and BTC for the time being than any coin. Zcash can correct at any moment unless we have some big announcement from the core team or from the developers. Till then investing into Zcash is pretty dangerous.

Even that was my thought but the price recovered really fast in the past couple of days and i was really surprised to see that move,it looks like all the anonymous coins made a rally and Zcash also joined that party,but i am not sure about the future,will try to enter once again after a small correction.

So why is this pumping now other than another round of dumb pump and dump? Looks like the usual -> stagnating price -> pump -> more stagnating price altcoin routine to me.
