There is only one anonymity. There is no legitimate or non legitimate anonymity.   Monero always does and always will strive, while adding new features, to not compromise anonymity. That is its only main focus when upgrading. To become as perfect as possible digital money. Fungible and all, that makes money perfect. Money is there for everyone to use. Totally everyone. Blondes and brunettes. Those under 5 feet and for those over 7 feet.  For those with long noses and small noses. For everyone. It is a money.


Monero also dont have a central point of failure and was all issued fairly to miners. Since you started discussing legitimacy, here can ZCash have problems.  In this regards  Monero and Bitcoin are set much differently then ZCash.

And according some comparisons moneo has a better tech compared to the zcash. The marketcap can represent the demand because it was based on how much people interested to buy it and make it worth a lot of money. I remember monero has a very good privacy system that can't even get a way to trace others.
