Pandaminer is not refunding 100% of the btc paid by customers. This is stealing

Pandaminer did not honor initial sales price that customers paid up front and demanded more money before shipping. Changing your pricing 2 months after being paid in full by customers is deceptive.

I`ve just recieved the email below from pandaminer, the new pandaminer B5 will be having rx 460 GPU`s instead of the rx 480 GPU`s, this means that each will be having a total ethereum hashrate of around 90mh/s.   I also believe that the RX 460 hashrate is also affected by the increase in epoch. It seems that pandaminer is moving from bad to worse, this is a very bad business idea.

If you make uber hot miner, then reputation doesn't really matter. Once they get GPU's and will be able to make that rig with decent GPU's not that shit RX460, they will sell out again in 20 seconds.

So less than half the hashrate and a month and a half to deliver.  All with a price that is just a little less than the B3 was selling at.

Its no wonder these are still for sale and haven't sold out.  Terrible offer and terrible deal.  Combined with the fact that they screwed over their core customers, I can't believe that these will sell too hot at all.
