Guys just wanted to ask if what mining pool you are using right now?
I'm currently using zcl.suprnova.cc pool and i'm not satisfied because my logs or mining hash rate is stable while in their dashboard hashrate is low..
Can you recommend other mining pool which is stable hashrate or accurate hashrate in dashboard thanks..

MPH has been great for me.
https://zclassic.miningpoolhub.com/

One thing I wanted to add is that on MPH their pool hashrate will go up and down widely due to their auto-mining feature that some people use.  It changes mining to most profitable coins realtime.  I don't trust it, I only mine ZCL, but you will see pool hashrate go from 24KKH/s to 100+KKH/s depending on if their auto-mining feature moves these miners to ZCL or to another coin.

I have found that I get more ZCL when the others are mining another coin Smiley  Even though you find more blocks when everyone is mining ZCL, the portions you get are smaller.  I am able to get up to 25Kh/s there consistently, so about 1.7 ZCL/day

whats your setup like? I have 8, 1080tis, could I get similar results?

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

I am getting around 1.5 ZCL/day (not 1.7).  I would estimate you should get between 5.5-6.0KH/s...roughly 0.3 ZCL/day.  I have about 5x the mining power that is on various NV (1070/1080/1080 Ti) and AMD (580).

awesome, appreciate the info. I think I am going to switch over to mining it from that pool Cheesy. Been mining smartcash for 3 months now, so far was incredibly profitable up until here lately. Looking forward to what bitcoin private will do

i have a problem understanding the Eleos Wallet, I bought ZCL and successfully transferred them to the wallet, but now i am trying to figure out how to send ZCL to an exchange. I have the deposit address from the exchange, but when i click send and paste the exchange deposit address into the "Send to" field and hit send i get a popup saying "Invalid From Address, should be a taddr or zaddr". Please advise.

I got 0.0263 ZCL outta 10 hours of mining with 2 1080ti's... is this reward considered as normal?

Also, the gpu's are loaded just by 90%, using this string:
nheqminer.exe -cd 0 1 -t 0 -l europe.zclassic.miningpoolhub.com:20575 -u login.workername -p password

ZCL is one of my big disappointment of this year. I bought 100 for $4 and sold it for 3.30 and now see the price. I wish i keep my coins.

last year maybe. BTW, you are the disappointment and certainly not ZCL, it did pretty well for a shitcoin.

I thought it was the best. What would you recommend?
I initially was going to use the EWBF, but couldn't wrap my head around using it... Also found some opinions online saying it's not good. So I thought the nheq was the best.

You should get about 0.08 per day.  So for 10 hrs, 0.0263 seems to be low...

0.0263 x (24/10) = 0.063

You are getting only about 75% of what you should. Depends on miner, pool, luck, other variables.

EWBF is best and MPH pool

If they time the fork around the next BTC bullrun which is coming at the end of this month then BTCP has a good chance of making it big.Timing is everything ! The more you delay the fork the more FUD and lesser price action on ZCL and hence BTCP.

And with some exchanges or purses already have an agreement? It's common when forks are made, coins are awarded for free.

EWBF is really not the best. Not sure why he is telling you this. Bminer or even DSTM are better than EWBF.

awarded for free ?? It's a fork, there is no "award, reward" or gift. The new currency is using the previous ledger, 2 in this case, not sure how they will manage to do it.

True some exchange keep the coins associate with the address on their exchange, thats why its best to keep them in your wallet.

I'm using zcl.suprnova.cc; no major complaints besides the fact that their web UI is slow. However I would like to know how you're determining that they're not doing well for you in case I'm missing something.

You probably know this already, but the miner's hashrate will almost always be different from that of the pool. The miner shows the actual hashrate based on the real GPU work done (unless the miner is inflating its numbers to look better, but we kind of have to 'trust' them). The pool calculates your hashrate based on the number and frequency of accepted shares you send in. The sending of shares by the miner to the pool is an intermittent activity, sometimes you'll get two in a minute, other times you wait several minutes between shares (it IS guess-work, after all).

But to better understand the issue, it would be helpful to give some numbers from both the miner and suprnova, so people can help out.

  • What miner (mining software) are you using?
  • What are your rig(s) configuration/setup? How many GPUs, etc?
  • Do you overclock? What are your settings
  • How long did you run the miner for on this pool before determining it's 'low'?

There are a lot of factors, obviously.

I wrote a little script to pull share/hash rate & earning stats from suprnova's API - I only use it for 'real-time' display purposes, but I'm thinking of storing historical data so I can see things over time and better determine success vs problematic behaviour.

Anyhow, in answer to your real question, I can safely say, don't use zclmine.pro. I had major latency issues when submitting shares.

Improve mining pool share/hash rates with the aiostratum-proxy (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3179895) stratum mining proxy.

I stil don't have a wallet ( see my posts about it if you can ).

I have my zcl on http://explorer.zclmine.pro/address/t1eHGJV6tBs4Qq7PLCxsjxoPcmU6ZaTPHBs , and I can NOT withdraw it.

I am giving 0.7 zcl to anyone who wants to deposit 2.5 zcl to my cryptopia wallet. If you do that I give you the key from the paperwallet above. Please contact me here of email info@weather.ba.

Or do I have to wait till the fork and I get BTCP on my paperwallet?

I wrote a paper on Bitcoin, trying to gauge the value of total crypto over the next few years. I found the range could vary widely from 1.6 to 5 trillion. With BTCP as a top 10 coin, that could imply a market value of 300 to 500 billion, with a per coin value of 15 to 20k? Any thoughts from anyone else on coin value 5 years from now?
