Just tried on heavycoin x64 compute 3.5 at 1270MHz
Getting 9.8MHash/s against 8.7MHash/s with the r9290x
MSI AB is very laggy though

Is heavycoin exchange rate worth mining right now?
Depends on how much coins you can mine per day

Here..1267mhz core 6660mhz mem. Stock 2.0 compute build, x64.

Edit: way less boo's at heavycoinpool btw. 1% vs 8-9% at nonce.

I'm using this for my bat for my gtx760.

Code:
:start
cudaminer.exe  -o STRATUM -O LOGIN -H 1 -i 0 -C 1 -l K6x32 --time-limit 3600
goto start

It kills the cudaminer process after an hour, and restarts the loop. I was getting many different errors with some stratums after 2 hours or so, no problems ever since I've been using this loop.

Thanks Bombadil. I will try your script with "nvidia-smi >> log" to record how the card has been working.

It turns out not to be a good idea for this case because when the miner is restarted it has a good chance (like 2 in 3 times) to have the error right in the start. So auto-restarting it every hour when the miner still runs fine means getting into trouble in 2/3 certainty every hour.

I wonder if putting in a delay before re-launching might help. It may be that the restart being so fast causes things to "get stuck" in memory, causing errant data to be introduced into the new instance. It may also cause havoc with the clocks.

I am thinking that , too, mainly because it would allow the card to cool down before restarting. This problem came with the 12-18 version which made the card very hot (88C, 45% fan load)
why do you stay at 45% fan speed ?

The C2075 card sets it automatically. I don't want to mess with it and end up having it toasted. Another card by its side is running at 85C 35% speed, and have no such #30 error.

Getting weird error lately that wasn't there before, only thing i changed was swapping cards in PCI-X slots (770+750ti) and it happens when i turn on monitor after it's off for some time.
Checked time and error shows at exact same time i turn on monitor. Any idea?

[2014-03-18 22:28:04] GPU #1: cudaError 30 (unknown error) calling 'cudaEventRec

I have the same problem. Seems to be related with temperature. See my post above.

pause

That pool is VERY unstable. More off than on.

I tried that pool also, stratum errors.

ok, I just changed to compute 2; 13MHash/s (1274MHz).
If there is too much boo, I restart it. The problem seems to be due to the low difficulty on start on 1gh
(right now I have 96% accepted)

Interesting. I'm getting 11.2 on my 780 Ti on Thread 0 with just

ccminer.exe -t 4 -a heavy -o stratum+tcp://hvcpool.1gh.com:5333 -u HUPhPH4Hpw5JUzVHCzfNubdeCMo5BULinz  -p x -v 512

the card is not very stable at 13MHash/s had a crash, I think it is related to the mem clock (+500) was a bit too high...
Now I am at 12.9MHash/s (apparently It is still going up to 13MHash
I am a bit surprise that the mem clock has an influence on the hashrate...

Is there something wrong with my heavycoin .bat?

Code:
ccminer.exe -a heavy -o stratum+tcp://hvcpool.1gh.com:5333 -u HUPhPH4Hpw5JUzVHCzfNubdeCMo5BULinz -p x

It instaquits
Two things:

1) It's pointed at the wrong pool. For the betterment of the coin, you should point it at any pool other than 1gh.

2) Needs the -v flag.

I know it works, but using 1gh is bad for the coin. It's in your best interest, as it is in every HVC holder's interest, to distribute hashpower across multiple pools. Since you are in the midst of configuring your miner, NOW is your opportunity to do so. Take your pick:

• heavycoinpool.com            | 233Mh
• heavy.stablehash.com   |   29Kh
• heavycoin.zhpool.com   |  44Mh
• hvc.pool.mn              |    0Mh
• hvc.crunchharder.net   |    0Mh
• hvc.nonce-pool.com           | 561Mh

CCMiner is released. It's the Christian+Christian miner that was developed collaboratively.
This supports HeavyCoin and FugueCoin at the moment.

https://github.com/cbuchner1/ccminer/releases

This code isn't as polished as cudaminer, supports only barebones command line options
but it should do the job. Now go get some Fuguecoins. We've mainly tested solo mining
ourselves. Please report any issues with stratum.

The code targets Compute Capability 2.0 or better and will run on all later architectures
as well. Those who can compile from source code can explicitly target Compute 3.0 or
3.5. The compilation prerequisites are the same as for cudaminer.

I will not exclude the possibility to merge some of the algorithms into cudaminer, but only
if the underlying coins prove to have some long term value and active developer community.

Enjoy.

Christian

P.S. development focus shifts back to cudaminer now.

thanks for you job

i got a windows binary form http://cryptomining-blog.com/1591-ccminer-nvidia-cuda-gpu-miner-for-heavycoin-and-fuguecoin-now-available/
