Awesome job Christians, I'm getting 13.7 Mhash on a 750ti and 22.7 MHash each on two 780s (using the Zhpool FIXDIFF pool)! Cheesy

Jesus, how so high?  I have 4 750ti and I'm getting about 8.5 each...  what CPU are you using?  I even modded bios to 45.5tdp and +100clk +350mem....what do I need to do?

Just experimented with "-d 0,0" on x86\ccminer35 with the 780ti SC default clock on win 7. I was getting 21,500 khash/s with "-d 0". With "-d 0,0" I got as much as 26,000 khash/s (!!!!), but almost a third of the hits didn't validate on the CPU. Just for the fun of it, I also tried x64\ccminer35 in both the 32 bit and 64 bit cmd windows. 64 bit ccminer35 runs a little slower on my system, and gave just as many "does not validate" errors.

Not sure so hopefully an expert will chime in.  I believe one of the algo's is offloaded to the CPU, but not sure that the i3 is what's causing my issues...

I have multiple machines with 750ti's My fastest is getting slightly over 13000 KHash. The identical card in another machine is getting 11000 Khashes. Both of those are single card machines. So, the system plays a rather large role in the equation, it doesn't matter what the CPU is pegged at. Then I have 4 750 ti's in another machine, and running one of the cards gives around 11000, but each card I run beyond that slightly lowers all the cards hash rates, so end up at around 9.x per card. These things don't play nice with each other. Actually thinking about mixing ATI's with one nvidia or two per machine, just to try to reduce that, never mixed ati's and nvidia's on the same machine before, but it might improve things for me.

Those are HVC Numbers. The fastest hashing computer is actually the one I actively use, an older 6 core AMD 3.0 gigahertz, one of the other 750 ti machines is an 8350 8 core at 4.0 gigahertz with 3 cards, so, the "power" of the cpu can't really matter after a certain point, as that 8350 machine is just a miner with no other cycle consuming tasks at all, and the cards degrade per additional card on it as well.

5 x eVGA 750Ti SC non overclocked = 61MH

but I'm unsure how to explicitly compile it for sm_35 and 128 regcount this time (due to the new Makefile.am). Everytime I get invalid calculations for the shares. But I think compiling with standard settings is a bit slower on groestlcoin atm. Any advice?

Which GPU brand?
Which ccminer (x86 or x84)?
Which OS?
EVGA 750ti FTW (standard BIOS, mild overclock of which I cannot remember the specifics)
x86 ccminer (cuda 3.5)
Windows 7 64-bit

This is on an old i5 2500k, running at 4Ghz or so IIRC (but also running two Darkcoin threads on the CPU).  The 750ti is the only (mining) GPU in the machine.

Using the zhpool FIXDIFF pool that someone linked earlier in the thread made a decent difference, both on ccminer 0.4 and now 0.5; before that I could get decent numbers running a benchmark, but when actually connected to other pools the hash rate dropped by 10-20%.  This is assuming that Zhpool is not doing something funky and lying to me, although the rates it's reporting are pretty close to what I'm seeing in ccminer.

Ok, So basically since I have 4 of these 750ti in one machine, They will only run ~8.5-9kh/s each.  I guess that makes sense, although I'm not sure why

I use the gigabyte z87-OC, and i know the first three pci-e slots run through the CPU, but the 4th runs through the north bridge (or south?).  Maybe thats another thing to think about?

I want to build a rig using 4 NVIDIA 750 Ti's. I am a Windows guy so please tell me what parts I need to order so I can get doing this top end mining ASAP.

I am a bit of a noob to this so please provide as much detail as possible. External links welcomed.

Thanks

I would like to do a standard desktop as I have done a build before but not for mining and it was only two cards. If open case is easier I will do that.

So the new king of mining cards for ccminer 0.5 is the GTX750 NON-ti model.  I've got 2 in my main desktop with my 670 and they're getting 9500-10000 each!  My 6x750ti rig with the much more expensive EVGA FTW Ti's are jumping around a bit but mostly stay between 8500-10000 AND they use more power.

The EVGA rig is using an average of 285w at the wall for about 53MHash

Desktop with 2 Gigabyte 750s and Gigabyte 670 getting about 33MHash (670 gets about the same as the $120 750 gets)

**Christian, I don't know if it helps at all in figuring out the 750+riser problem, but my rig that suffered from that diminishing hashrate issue seems to have no problems with ccminer and they're all getting nearly 10MHash on ccminer .5

How did you achieve that? My 5x750ti FTW rig is hashing around 45Mh.

Would someone mind giving me an example bat file for using ccminer for Heavycoin?

I have two GTX 660 ti GPUs and I'm using this for each:

GPU0:

ccminer.exe -t 1 -a heavy -d 0 -o stratum+tcp://stratum01.heavycoinpool.com:5333 -u username.workername -p workerpassword -v 512

GPU1:

ccminer.exe -t 1 -a heavy -d 1 -o stratum+tcp://stratum01.heavycoinpool.com:5333 -u username.workername -p workerpassword -v 512

I think I may be missing something as ccminer is not starting.  If someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

Wondering what else is different... Are you running just one instance of ccminer? What's your processor, risers, Pci-e generation ?
I'm running win7 64 with a Intel g3220, 8gb ram, USB risers with Pci-e set at gen2.

we have nealy the same setup, but I only have 4GB Ram and, as already stated ubuntu 13.10. I only run one instance and I use powered USB risers.
