"Someone" doesn't have to do anymore for the community than he already has. I'm a 6 month cryptonewbie and am impressed beyond words at what "someone" has done!   Saw that you were logged on and wanted to say THANKS Christian, you keep what you earn, nothing wrong with that my friend, that means respect AND $$ Smiley

Quick warning I left my XMR wallet open for one day and I got for 100GB of bandwith during that time. My internet quota is busted until the 14 of July. XD

 Grin

Before July 14th, do this first so you don't go over your quota again Cheesy...

Now, the whole cryptonote system is not geeky just crappy.
It even kills my network bandwidth when it runs.

Get a test version of NetLimiter 4 ( http://www.netlimiter.com/nl4testing.php expires in September) and cap the upload speed of the daemon like I have...

The download speed of the blockchain will be unaffacted and still comes down as fast as it can, depending on other peers and availability.

Tick the UL Limit box for the bitmonerod.exe entry and it's capped. You can specify a different rate to cap it to by double clicking the number next to the tick box.

The test version is free and you can limit the bandwidth usage of any other wallets, or any program, you leave running for extended periods of time

Can I use the gpu-inside-i7 4770 as video output instead of the 750ti.It is so laggy when mining.

Hey man, u can definitely do that -- it's how I use my 3570K APU with minimal lag while 4x 750ti are mining from the mobo (Asrock z77 extreme4)

if in case u encounter a problem where gpu is not recognized, theres a workaround -- force ur windows to recognize / identify the gpu even though no monitors are attached to it, then extend desktop to it. i think i had to do that just once on 1 desktop and the solution stuck

anyway its just an "if" scenario -- i have a miner that didn't encounter this problem at all (asrock h81 btc pro mobo).

good luck!

Ya know - if I weren't a nerd, I'd say that question was incredibly "cryptic", and quite possibly obscene!  Tongue

Nope - actually that didn't cross mind. I think it's mostly because I've been up for nearly 60 hours... I'm a bit frazzled.  Grin

On the other hand, it's working just fine here Cheesy

why does the numbering of GPU start with 0 for the one on the left that has one card while it starts with 1 on the right with 2 GPUs?

Looks like he's running -d 0 for the 760 and -d 1,2 for the 750ti's?

Yep because i am getting their different bat files because of the different compute versions. Not many people including myself have the new single exe version

Hey, hey, I do have the single exe version Cheesy It's just because my GTX760 behaves differently (better on X11 than on Cryptonight as a good example) that I always used two different bats. So, I got used to it Tongue Makes monitoring a bit easier too.

Christian, question, (just asking) why cant you help the crytonite dev to bring Nvidia up to but not exceed AMD, this way we are on the same playing field as amd? Or would this cut into you operation too much, just asking , I know your contributions are huge as it is but we are loosing big time at this rate.

i dont think there is "up to". Once it's out, it's straight to the moon. Also, Nvidia improvement is always not "up to", it's "beyond". Goal is always 750 ti = 290
