They're not unsellable, just not worth a lot -- that's still 0.3 BTC's worth of XDN you're sitting on. My recommendation: dump it now. Hahaha.

just watch the Announcement section for ninja launches and decent looking coins a few times a day.  I do that same thing as AMPH.  Mine basically anything that doesn't look completely awful.

Or you could just mine TalkCoin right now.  Diff is low.  You get about .003 per 750ti.
