When I purchased   in dec two  721's and purchased in jan one 721  they took about 15 hours to bill me in btc.  Once I paid I got it in  about 4 days.

They emailed me that I would get a bill on monday in btc.  So I hope to pay  in under 1 day.  and get it no later then fri the 28th of july

They wrote me a bill of payment.I think if I pay, when they start acting ?  I read your "adventures" ((( In March ...((( It turns out that people more trust ebay, unknown people than a big company. If , canaan,  write exact dates, people will count on time and buy only directly at the factory. They need to be more open and talk real dates. Probably I'll take a chance and pay canaan I'll write a delivery schedule here.

You do know that the link you gave is a RESELLER - not Canaan right? Being a reseller they of course charge much more for the miners.

Personally I trust NO ebay reseller of miners. Far too many scammers out there and also no Canaan warranty either.

Okay  the ebay item is missing a preprogrammed rasp pi  my order has it and will cost 823
Once I pay the btc  they will shipp the next day
I would never pay  1000 to an ebay seller  for a set of gear missing parts (rasp pi) if the  full gear is only  823 from the builder

In my case, I ordered last Tues. By the time Canaan got to acknowledging the order on Thurs they informed me the 741's were out of stock with new stock arriving over the weekend. I chose to pay with BTC on Thurs vs waiting for confirmation of stock, tx was confirmed by Canaan on Fri.

As they promised I just got an email from Canaan saying miner has shipped.

I have asked them  quite a few times for the bill My order was placed thurs.

So I guess I will be at least 2 days behind you.

This slow billing really  is hard on me.  coins are  now 2768  they were 2830  when order was placed.

My fear is price drop  of coin to 2500  and they bill with a 2500 conversion rate.  Not the 2830 rate.

Not much I can do but wait for the bill.

I know they are fairly quick once you pay in btc.

On Thurs Canaan did give me the choice of paying at the then-current BTC price (around $2500) with immediate shipment today or waiting until stock was confirmed and then being billed at today's price. Not knowing if BTC would go up or down, I choose the former. Yes, BTC did continue to rise after that but oh well, at least the miner is on its way.
