Nothing is pending, it's been concluded that you were simply stating lies which was proven.  You were also behind the blackmailing attempts and the trust pilot and other websites fake reviews ( which were taken down for being false reports).

Yes, because in resolving a problem that occurs with a customer, the casino support team takes not only one to two days, but several weeks, even up to a matter of several months, as you said, because they need to conduct a review and also find out all the root causes and make observations about the occurrence of these problems not to mention they are also still carrying out solutions when all the information and details of the problem have all been obtained.
If indeed the team from DuckDice has received complaints properly and responsively that is a good service because there are many casinos out there that ignore and do not care about every problem or complaint made by their customers.
