Multiport is pointing to NVC, and does not appear to be properly accepting shares.
My "utility" was less than 1/3rd of normal, and a glance at cgminer log showed just a handful of accepted shares over a 5min span.

Now set to LTC port and mining directly, seems to be working normally.

I have this exact issue as well. Switching pools solves this issue. I don't think this is typical of NVC, so I'm confused as to what happened to the pool that it is giving us these issues.

I am confused also as to some of the profitability for these coins.  DGC or WDC both are more profitable than LTC and NVC currently and on a 14 day average.  NVC is currently the most "profitable" according to multipool.

quoting myself.... I guess you are also taking into account the stability of the coin?

Read back a page or two. Pool's profitability calcs include average stales/orphans, which WDC/DGC produce more of because of faster block times.

So, the NVC pool has been having issues, as people have pointed it out.  I've taken it off the multiport again until I can get those worked out.  It's only a couple of points above LTC right now anyway, and FTC is due to retarget again in 8 hours or so and will probably be close to 2.00.

What's up with the multiport calculated profitability over the last 24 hours, is that accurate? 0.71? Generally it's been about 1.30.

It's wrong..  NVC was putting 0's into the DB due to some bad code so it was factoring those into the average.

I just added a block detail page that shows the detailed payouts for each block.  (Linked from the block number on the pool stats page)

Just looked -- that's awesome! Is it possible to put the logged in user's info at the top as well to make it easier to find your own?

Not seeing any change on my end. Just tried a few blocks and I still have to ctrl + f to search for the name.

OK, I must have messed something up, I'm just getting my miners back on now, so I should be able to fix it soon.

multiport switched to WDC, looks like many multiporters are fine but I'm not able to connect... Either via multiport or directly to the WDC pool. I've manually switched over to LTC since it's close to as profitable.

I"m not sure why, but my miner is reporting a 26% stale rate over the past hour, and just as I type this reports a stratum disconnect on the multiport (site says chillin on WDC throughout)

Switched to LTC port, all is well.

Yeah, the problem is that I moved dgc, wdc and nvc off to another server..  It is an m1.small instance, which is supposed to have half of the CPU power of an m1.medium instance (which all of the other coin daemons, plus mysql, plus the frontend, plus the pools were running on).  But for some reason the m1.small instance is not able to handle the load of only those 3 coins.  I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, but I moved digitalcoin back to the main box last night.  But even now with just WDC and NVC on the box, it's still overloaded.  I'm going to be changing around the architecture a bit in the next few days to make it more scalable.  Growing pains are good, right?  Smiley

Hey, it's definitely a learning experience. When I run into issues with development it annoys me, but at least then I learn from it so I figure it's a positive, :p.
