it not happened last 6 months, so i hope will be solved soon, waiting for hosting reply, they are usually talkative and fast

It means, you was logged off?
It can change when you changing browser, or you have dynamic IP (and reconnected) or cleared the cookies..

in the toplist is displayed sum of withdrawn satoshis from the referrals / 10  , so it can be a little higher than was sent in real.
Unfortunately, i cannot change this , but it does not affecting the toplist, because it's ordered by number of your referrals

how do you know who is your referrer? 

the referrals are forever, there is no renting
it's a lottery, who will buy how good referrer, but in long term , hopefully everybody that bought referrals will have a profit
