Shipping Rates for Cape Town, South Africa?

At the beginning i will have only Europe, Usa, Russia, China and then i will open stopre.
Propably tomorrow becasue today i need to spend whole time on different thing (my normal company stuff not related to SimpleMining)
Then i will do whole Asia, Africa and Australia + islands. Propably i will do this when someone will ask me (it will speedup this process)

Its takes a lot of time to create rates.
- first i need to find all 3 code countries for specific continent
- Then i need to check if every country from that list is for sure in my Post Office service.
- Then i need to create few price steps, and check every price for each step, <2KG, <5KG, <10KG, <15KG, <20KG + shipping days more less
- then the same with Courier DHL/UPS which will take even more of time Tongue
- Then i need to import big CSV file and only then its working Cheesy

This is why its taking so much time to prepare store Smiley
And charging flat $ rate  for shipoing would be unfair because some countries have cheap shipping while others very expensive.

Please be patient Smiley - Hardware will be ready in atleast 7-10 days from now so shop can wait little bit longer Smiley

Yes sure.
It must be in range of 12v to 24v and it must be at least 24watt. So it can be 5Ampere.
12v * 5A = 60 watt.
More important is if the connector is 5.5 mm x 2.5 mm Smiley
Anyway if it wont fir, you can always go to local RTV store.

PRE ORDERS ARE NOW OPEN for all.

But renember that shipping rates are still configured only for Europe, and Rest of world i will be adding in 3-14 days.
Right now i also have big deployment going on in my company - not related to SimpleMining.
Still dont worry, there is plenty of devices available for cheaper preorder price so all interested should get it on time.

Does any one bought one yet ? Can't wait for a review.
Actually until I was waiting for this I came up with my own idea how to manage it remotely with much less cost and some welding skills and this is the reason why I didn't took a part in pre orders.

I will start sending 1-20 February, so nobody beside me have it Tongue
When you weld, remember that electric isolation of each rig is important. Mine device have opto transistors in it. So no way to burn rigs.

Honestly I prefer your devise because it's smaller and professionally made rather than mine.
But Also in my case there actually is nothing to burn. I'll find the topic and PM it, your opinion would be much appreciated.

First of oll, congrats for making and figuring this out Smiley
Yeah. Mine project first was just "my need" for not driving every few days to different locations Tongue
And then i saw that there is no such device after all Cheesy
5 years of mining, 5 years of wasting time and still no device? Thats odd right ?

I will be writing this in next week but it is not complicated :p
There will be instruction
- how to connect rigs to SRR
- how to install and configure SRR Agent on windows/linux
- how to use SRR Tool

Nothing complicated. Alyway there wont be Paper instruction but PDF one with as many pictures as i can Tongue

Hi Tytanick,

Just curious, will your SMos have the watchdog agent installed and polling the SRR by default? Or do we need to install it separately?

I am assuming from the GUI, that you can set values in seconds to initiate reboot at rig if no heartbeat after x seconds/minutes.

Since the SRR basically takes over the on/off switch -- can I issue a command to power off the rig, and power on after 5 minutes?

Thanks
