Prepare to be ShamWowed! https://qtum.org/qtum-crowdsale-update/The Qtum team has been working very hard to prepare for the upcoming crowdsale. Although the official date and other details are yet to be published (will come soon), we are so excited to announce that you will be able to participate in our crowdsale through any of the following channels.
1. Bizhongchou (bizhongchou.com) 2. Yunbi (yunbi.com) 3. Yuanbao (www.yuanbao.com) 4. ICO365 (www.ico365.com) 5. ICOAGE (icoage.com) 6. Qtum official crowdsale website (crowdsale.qtum.org) – coming soon http://news.8btc.com/about-usHere is the brief introduction of 4 sections of the 8btc.
8btc News(www.8btc.com) aims to offer the public with blockchain/cryptocurrency news, reviews from opinion leaders, studies that promotes cutting-edge blockchain technology, business implementation and regulations from a global and extensive perspective. 8btc published the 1st book on Bitcoin in 2014 with CITIC press: Bitcoin A Virtual yet Real Financial World , The 2014-2015 Cryptocurrency Development Report with Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences Press in 2015, and Blockchain: from Digital Currency to Credit Society with CITIC in 2016.
8btc forum(8btc.com) has grown into the biggest blockchain/cryptocurrency community in China where blockchain developers, users and investors can exchange quality views and ideas. So far over 40 blockchain startups have established subforum to gain seed users and to speed up development based upon feedback.
Blockmeta (blockmeta.com) is positioned to offer Bitcoin/Ethereum blockchain explorer service with features like: transaction query, data mining, transaction tagging and address monitoring.
Bizhongchou(bizhongchou.com)is a crowdfunding site (BTC/RMB accepted) focusing on blockchain startups. There are 4 types of crowdfunding available: ICO/Rewards/Equity/Product. Our vision is to offer blockchain solution for equity crowdfunding via smart contract and sidechain technology, and implement shares registry, issuance, transfer and dividends settlement on blockchain. https://blockmeta.com The above now begs the question, does Chang jia's (or Long clip) 8BTC report the news or create the news stemming from the entities they control, of which, by happenstance, Qtum embraces? http://www.china.org.cn/english/culture/222225.htmHowever, the next generation was also accounted for with younger writers such as Chang Jia (pen name) being rewarded with a Best SF Short Story award for his book Kunlun. https://bitcoinmagazine.com/authors/chang-jia/Chang Jia
Changjia is the CEO and Founder of 8btc, blockchain researcher, Sci-Fi writer, editor and co-author of Bitcoin: A Real Yet Virtual Financial World (2014) and Blockchain: From Digital Currency to Credit Society (2016). After reading the last 2 to 3 pages of this thread, I think I might abstain from participating in their ICO. The main and first reason is I do not trust the Chinese exchanges they are using and the second is this new exposé thanks to Gleb Gamow. I would have been scammed again. I hope you do more of these exposés in the future.

U should as well distance urself from posting in their thread. See, they dont like when u stress the point that u will not buy into it, this drives them nuts and causes them to punch themselves in the groin. But its totally clear why u bash their beloved product.

https://qtum.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Qtum_blockchain_economy_whitepaper_20170217_EN.pdfThe members of the first Judgement Committee have extensive experience in the blockchain industry. Not only do you have the media and exchanges literally in their back pocket, but Qtum insiders handle and control the ICO - sans escrow - news outlet sites as well. And, in case you're wondering, YOU'RE GODDAMN RIGHT THAT BOTH BO AND JAMES SIGNED OFF ON NOT FINDING ANY WRONGDOINGS RE PATRICK DAI ET AL.!

Again, this is why one shouldn't smoke up all their crops at one setting (translated: GO FUCK YOURSELF!). <BTW, in this part of the country, FUCK is easily mistaken for FORK - us US dudes do that sometimes so to be accepted, akin to Americanizing some Chinese name for Patrick or Steven, depending on what project is currently being put forth> https://www.facebook.com/pg/Chainb123/likes/?ref=page_internal 1 like!!! Not bad, given it's ONLY been since June 2016 in being an authority of news on Blockchain Technology, eh? https://www.facebook.com/Chainb123/This is ChainB.com official account, with‘B’ representing ‘Blockchain. It is a Chinese media authority to update the latest news on Blockchain technology.

Interesting article, almost missed that with two cents Sherlock shitting all around the place here I read the S&M review. I thought it was a well balanced piece from Matt Chwierut. Yet it carried a certain scent about it. As you said a lot of shit being thrown around. Okay Watson, pay attention."Update 1: Recent accusations have dogged the Qtum project. Here is an abbreviated version of recent events. ICOcountdown has compiled several days worth of relevant communication here, where we found much of the source material." - Says it right at the top. Qtum used ICOcountdown as source material.https://medium.com/@icocountdown/due-diligence-pack-for-qtum-7369ef48917b#.go7minh1o"A very interesting couple of days for QTUM so I will chime in: Firstly a big shoutout especially to Gleb on Bitcointalk much of this due diligence comes from him and many other community members. This will be updated continuously." ICOcountdown used Gleb's source material and comments. It seems that everyone enjoyed Gleb's shit on here. Passed it around, cut it up, and baked in their own words. Made stacks in various forms. There's a song about such things - by Reggie Watts - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NkKOeeYko7w Ergo Gleb should have a high fiber diet to keep Matt Chwierut employed and us entertained. The project is a good concept that I would like to see but not from this team.

Excellent work yet again, glad somebody is taking the time to do proper research.
Notice how most of the legacy crypto-based news outlets aren't investigating this, not to mention nor are the investors who poured at least a million dollars into the endeavor to date in hopes of garnering the projected $10M from lowly investors akin to how Ethereum was funded early on? Not only are they taking a page outta Ethereum's playbook, but some Ethereum dudes are onboard the Qtum train reading the playbook aloud. Here's the funny part. This endeavor would've had a great chance in succeeding if it weren't for them placing Patrick Dai at the helm. But, to be fair, Patrick Dai is on a good track now, trying to put the past behind him.

Yesterday I worked with Neil to sure up some of the design of the AAL to make it more secure and resistant to attack. This concept is internally called "condensing transactions" and helps to make the consensus-critical portion of Qtum greatly more simple (which is always good from a security standpoint). Now the fun part of writing up this design, finding any edge cases, and then coding it up

Sure, there are some people just trolling in the thread, but dismissing the other questions many long-term members have raised, seems ignorant to say the least. This is a public relations nightmare, and surprising that no one seems to realize that you should have gotten out in front of the story, rather than simply ignoring the thread.

Starting to get really funny here, I wonder why half brain Sherlock is ignoring icocountdown scam records and quoting his weak article. Oh wait he did not get paid to dig'em up I don't know who is paid or not, and actually find that irrelevant. If there are reasonable responses for the concerns raised, all Qtum has to do is post them in the thread.
