Just FYI guys, refunds are available.
Cloudhashing isnt being honest with you guys and thats not ok.

I received a refund for my contract after sending them a fairly degrading email with 10+ vulgar words in it. They then offered me a refund saying they didnt want to work with me, after all the delays I accepted it.

Im glad im out of this fiasco now. CH clearly hasnt been truthful and have never proved their hashrate.

Does it matter if im white? I don't see the point to bring this to the conversation just because u didn't like someones comment.

@ tokeweed , your are a troll you live under a bridge sucking on ya mamas tits , ive read though all your posts in this tread and im not the ONLY on to insult you for your pure mental retardation, serious you are a proper RETARD in the medical sense! whats your IQ i bet below 90?

Your the angry one because you know full well you have lost your investment and cant handle that simple fact, so you attack people who point out the obvious.

instead of seeing the trees though the forest you will keep defending a sinking ship with blind ignorance and fail to see you have lost your money , you post at other people that they are upset because CH will take money away from them ..................Pathetic attitude to take and again an ignorant one .

I bet your poor after a life of bad decisions and cant face the fact you made another one with CH , the ships sinking head towards the life raft people CH is going down, and thats from there own LIES on this post

The prices are ridiculous: $1,000 per 10GH/s - right, they buy the machines from KnCMiner, which cost $7,000 per 350GH/s, and they sell them for $35,000... And they have the guts to say the the estimated yearly revenue for 10GH/s is aprox. 50BTC

Yeah, so we are all going to be rich.

Jokers...

SCAM
I'm ready to lend.my 21Gh for that 1000$ if anyone interested...both miners in hand so waiting time. DOES IT LOOK LEGIT ENOUGH?

This is a good point. I hash at my home and have about 24gh on line does anyone want a contract for 24gh?

1 year  contract.  pay me 5btc or 600 usd. you will start to collect tonight.

Those that purchased Cloudhashing have no one to blame but themselves.. I've said from the get-go that their numbers were unrealistic.. Hell, right now, you can go buy 5ghs for about 1 coin  at that bitfury site. thats a better deal than cloudhashing..  I have yet to see any of their numbers make any sense, accept to the owners of cloudhashing.....

At least they took off their prospectus.. that shows that they do have a little integrity. I hope they prove me wrong and they make all their investors rich, but im afraid the only ones that are going to be rich are the 2 guys that started it...

If I had made the mistake and bought into their lies at the beginning, I would be asking for a refund, thats for sure...

I hate to write "I told you so!"

oh wait

No, I don't.

I posted info about Cloudhashing sometime back and put up:

http://bflfraud.com/

I got my internet ass kicked for having done so.

Cloudhashing takes care of everything!

paying the electricity / space, looking out for new hardware, reinvesting 30% of the mined coins,  and all that jazz!

you'll see the only profitable way to mine pretty soon will be in the cloud,

you cannot compete against them, you are just one guy, we are a collective!

resistance is futile , your hash rate will be add to our own!

collective
Pronunciation: /kəˈlɛktɪv/

adjective
done by people acting as a group:
a collective protest
relating to or shared by all the members of a group:
ministers who share collective responsibility
a collective sigh of relief from parents
 taken as a whole; aggregate:
the collective power of the workforce

noun
a cooperative enterprise:
the anarchist collective and bookshop
 a collective farm.

CH is company with customers not a collective and therefor has sole responsibility for providing the products and services it sells.

CH charges a management fee of 10% of mined income. Anyone can compete with that for electricity and hosting.

30% reinvestment when and how often? They haven't even delivered the hash rate they sold let alone increased it. With difficulty rising about 30% every 10 days, this reinvestment would need to be made at 30% every 10 days just to stand still, but minus 10% fee means that even that would fall behind.

beware of some of the posters here.  they are using fake accounts to bash multiple threads in the forum.  i don't know what their motivation is, prolly just bored.

i already talked to a mod and said he'll look into it, because it looks like these people are from another hashing company or probably independent miners themselves according to him.

That's a good point cos if difficulty in mining didn't rise these bozos wouldn't care if someone was being scammed.  CH is one of the threats in their interests. Once CH gets 110TH hashing online it would definitely hurt other miner's operations.

maybe somes are fake

but i'm real and i have no answer from cloudhashing to my ticket and my refunds

so everyone can troll here

but the fact is cloudashing don't respect the rules and agremment and doesn't whant to refund me

Keep trying, they will refund, they have to. Follow the advice from the previous posts. Write and formally demand a refund within 7 days in a letter signed for mail to that mail forwarding address they use. I would be very surprised if that wasn't enough but if it doesn't work then open a case here https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome

It's best just to ignore trolls, and they will get bored and go away. Pointing out that a company is evading their responsibilities is not trolling and giving advice is not trolling.

I'm totally going to start my own cloud hashing service.  It's so lucrative.  I just need to think of a good name.

I wish everyone with activity <196 would just shut the fuck up.

You trusted them with your money; it's your responsibility. If they don't treat customers well then they'll go out of business. Which is what you're threatening to do by using the force of the government to shut them down whether or not they become a great business in 1-3 months. This is not what the bitcoin community is about. We are about free markets, individual contracts made by free will and not government force and coercion. Everyone breaks laws and more than half are not a help to society but a hindrance.
