So with 7.5GH at cex.io I am getting more steady payments than through CH with 20GH. No response on my mails now either, requesting a refund.

Have you seen the latest newsletter from CH about reduced hashing power for the next few days!!! I am disgusted that they have not offered me any compensation given the amount of money I have invested in them. They only seem interested in pleasing the July contract holders whilst constantly insulting the Sept customers.

I have spent the last few days answering peoples questions on twitter because of their customer care incompetence and now I get this email regarding reduced hashing  ....  with the only bonus is an offer of investing MORE money with them at a discounted rate.

I have tried to be patient but these guys really have no idea how to run a business or set peoples expectations. The email even says this is a planned activity but I guess they couldn't be bothered to inform their customers in advance.

I have worked in a support/customer service environment for most of my working life but would not have had much of a career if acted the way these guys do.

For fucks sake CH, stop taking the piss out of us and get your shit together !!!

So CH newsletter says:

Sorry we are mugging you by reducing the hash rate again, it's OK though because mugging you was a planned activity.

As compensation we are pleased to offer you a special rate should you wish us to mug you again in the future.

yeah i was waiting for the clincher, and here it is, they are just trying to squeeze the last fiat out before they shutdown, 50% is better than 0%

they think that a few minuscule payments can inspire enough confidence for another wave of "investments"

thats what it looks like anyway, robbing peter to pay paul

cex.io is 0.0924 / GH at the moment of writing, so 7.5 is 0.693 or about $130
They don't charge a management fee so any comparison of CH you need to deduct 10% from the CH number to get the real hash rate.

Now, your 32.7 GH/s are worth 2.943BTC... where is the gain ?
Sure it's better than CH, but I don't really see where we can do a ROI on that...

I was paid by ch today about .11 btc

my grand total of payments  = about 1.13 btc    or around 200 usd.

I put in 717 usd.  I figure all the delays and lack of payments or reduce payments from July 4 until sept was over 2.5 btc. Meaning my total coin should be 3.63 btc not 1.13 btc.   I would have been close to break even if his promises for my contract had been paid correctly.

I think I will be lucky to get much coin.

I took the 1.13 btc and grabbed more hash from cex.io   about 14 gh.

As bad as this guy has been bfl has not delivered and owes me about 534 usd  in gear since Jan 2013.

BFL and Cloudhashing = my 2 worst buys in BTC

If u think i can still sell my GH/s back for 3BTC i lost 0.70BTc only because i just withdraw 0.30BTc. Thast not bad and with them i dont see the point talking about ROI as this is not my but theirs and i just renting that. Can u sell your CH contract once u finish with it?

So not that bad.

There is an element of speculation involved however you get involved in mining. At the moment it would be difficult to find anything that ends up positive.
The comparison between CH and cex.io it is not just the financial returns that cex.io wins hands down on. They also deliver what they promise when they say. They don't give endless BS excuses for their own incompetence and try to pull the wool over your eyes.
