Hello Everybody, I'm new here and need some help...

I've send 400k mooncoin to the Coinomi app (android), eleven days ago and still did'nt received it.
Contacted the Coinomi Support, They send me the following:  

1st this answer: "Thank you for reaching out. Please make sure that you use Coinomi.
                       Coinomi does not support mooncoin yet."

2nd answer was: "You are using a CLONE of coinomi, not the original wallet, the clone was made without our knowledge by the mooncoin  
                         devs. We do NOT support mooncoin at the moment. Please be very weary of clones, we cannot provide security and/or
                         support for them"

I've downloaded the app from mooncoin.com, So it should be good, Right?
Or did i just lost all my coins?

Can somebody help me what to do now?

But I just get the massage "not connected" down in the left corner.

What can I do to solve this? I have money that was sent to this adress a week ago. Will they still be in the wallet?

not to worry, the electrum backend (that coinomi and electrum use), was down.
thanks for letting me know and will bring it back up.

I had trouble with this too. Devs might know why.

Try Mooncoin core for now.

Coinomi app still says no connection when i go to the mooncoin, and still saying no coins received so far.

we were heavily ddos'd at the start of march, this lead to me changing hosting providers.
i'm wondering if the coinomi wallet is attempting to connect to the old vps location.

leave this issue with me and i'll see if i can get a new version compiled.

you will see a window similar to that above.

in the first circled box, enter '54.203.38.135' (without quotes)
in the second circled box, enter '50101' (without quotes)

and click ok

yep, from memory when you uninstall the coinomi app it asks if you would like to leave your wallet files present on the device.
however, let me confirm that this is the case before you try.

Mooncoin on reddit being woefully out of date, and the current moderators being inactive for over 2 years.

Is there anything you can possibly do about that so we can start working our /biz/ magick there too?

i came in as MOON's current dev late last year, having mined it for a year or two previously.
i recognise one of the names as the original mooncoin dev; however the two other ones are unknown to me.

possibly ask mooncoin_foundation or coinflow as to their whereabouts..

Make sure you're using the latest copy from https://github.com/mooncoindev/mooncoin/releases/download/0.10.5-tokenblock/Mooncoin-qt.zip
Has latest nodes hardcoded.
