Somehow I always manage to buy at the top even when I feel like I've waited long enough to feel out the market. Bought at 500 (litecoin) and within 12 hours dropped to 250. My luck is awesome, but I am liking what I'm seeing from the coin potential, so although I could of had literally 2x my buy in if I had waited, I'm not too salty. I'm a hodler until at least a penny, but even then I'll probably only sell a little and space it out over a few years. Is hoping for 1 dollar outrageous?
On the topic of the logo... 5/10 like many others.

FYI: For anyone who thinks of joining the "Moon Discord group".... just know that if you go there and state you disagree with the logo or the direction taken by self-appointed leaders who hold contests that you don't even know about because you dont hang out in invite-only chat rooms... YOU MAY BE BOOTED OR BANNED and ridiculed and shamed by such leaders. Because apparently Moon is for everyone, except some people. Has Mooncoin possibly been hijacked by a small group of people with shaky ideas and no track record of success? INVEST WITH CAUTION FRIENDS.
[Disclaimer: I do have substantial Mooncoin holdings and I do want people to invest and I do want the price to go UP! You will never hold a mooncoin in your hand and you will never meet these people who make decisions on your financial future. Please, do your own research.]

And how can I post a screenshot if I got booted from your little group no one knows about even after an apology? I mean Mooncoin has 35000+ funded addresses -- how many of those people are voting on your initiatives? The Discord is a cesspool, I tried talking about serious issues in there 2 weeks ago and was told its just a place to shittalk. Like I said already to anyone thinking of buying or selling Mooncoin -- DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Period.
Do not pay attention to the "Moon Discord group". They accused me of dishonest voting, to which I had not the slightest relation. And what's funny is that they accused me of lying about my participation in the voting in C-CEX (I donated 49 million MOON - respect for Mooncoin_Foundation - it was really teamwork!  ) While they themselves are not ready to spend 0.01 BTC, with the exception of some members. |

Buy walls are big buy orders: https://bleutrade.com/exchange/MOON/BTCYou can always see how many coins are in buy orders. If a coin is mineable (e.g. MOON), miners mine (create) new coins (that depends on an algo which regulates block rewards), 17906 coins (in total) per block currently for MOON. These coins increase the number of coins in circulation. It's called mining inflation. E.g. ETH has an inflation more than 12% per year, DOGE - about 5%, MOON's annual inflation is below 1% currently. Also unlike ETH and DOGE (and like BTC) MOON has a gradual reduce of block rewards (every 100,000 blocks). Does this mean that it's more stable (1% inflation)? And about the buy walls, does this mean that future whales are accumulating moon to manipulate the market later on? Or just that people don't want to buy just yet? |

I don't think anyone is able to manipulate the MOON market right now, when there are big buy and sell walls. On the other hand a lot of FUD in the thread definitely prevents MOON from rising. MOON is time tested, several users lost MOON before due to attacks again their PCs (keyloggers etc), but no critical issues with a wallet itself or with Mooncoin's blockchain were ever detected. HTML5 coin issues have nothing in common with MOON, but it looks like people don't understand the difference between MOON and HTML5. Yes, with less inflation MOON will be protected against dumping by miners, just let people who bought at 1-3 Sat sell all their MOON (maybe already sold). |
