i think the coins of good projects stands a higher chance of surviving than the others. if the project is a great development many coins are survived.

To let you know what coins will survive in the future, you basically need to keep an eye on their development and management teams .

Based on what it has been seen among the wide array of altcoins such as development, innovation, and security issues, what altcoins might survive in the future?

In my opinion, I think that the only ones prone to survive would be good old altcoins such as Litecoin and Dogecoin, but I may be wrong.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this as well as any altcoin that might be worth holding onto for the long term.  Grin
At present their are some new altcoin also which are good for long term and they are , ICONOMI, DECENT , GNT and old one ETH, DOGE LTC apart from this i dont have much knowledge about other altcoins.

I think it's possible for altcoins to survive in the future because the idea of Internet of Things will need coins but Bitcoin is now having its disavantages so that it can't be the future's coin needed

I think the strong who will survive, the weaker altcoin will die. for me a strong altcoin is only ethereum, the rest is weak. altcoin is strong and resilient with market prices rising and falling while the weak will be forever down. ethereum has a strong community.

Have always been a fan of Ethos and believer in the team, but the wallet is pretty underwhelming to be honest. At first glance it looks quite sleek and impressive, but it's not very intuitive, and feels clunky to use. I realise it's only the first release, and they will improve it, but it'll be too late soon if they don't move quick enough. All it is currently is an erc20 wallet, of which there are plenty of other better options.

Focus on finding the true hidden gems among the new projects, those that can really disrupt global finance in the long term and have the substance to do so. Those will be the survivors and the winners! The upside potential in those good ones is much greater than in the established ones. Upside multiples can be a totally different game. You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

I have been recently following Stellar that is generally on the rise and the tokens issued on the Stellar platform - now there is a bump like in any cryptocurrency over the past few days, but generally Stellar is on the rise because of the prospective Coinbase listing and other advances. This will also boost tokens issued on the Stellar platform...

My most recent find among alts is AXU, "Argentas Exchange Unit" token issued on the Stellar platform and listed and verified on the Stellarport decentralized exchange, now only at its pre-distribution, or pre-ICO phase. A true hidden diamond, with low profile so far. Experienced people clearly, and cool tech for decentralizing and revolutionizing global banking - their website at argentas.io.

The pre-ICO price is 50% cheaper than the ICO price, a sure winner IMO, and I will certainly get some. They also have an ANN thread, I think here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4431900.0. I dug really deep in their content, and it is really cool stuff Grin But don’t forget your own research!

Only high-tech coins that will bring economic and social benefits will survive in the future, others will fall dramatically in value.

With each new day, more and more new coins and ico appear . Of course ,not all of them will be able to survive and stay in the market . The best, and persistent will remain .

according to my understanding, the altcoin that will survive in the future is ethereum. because ethereum enthusiasts are increasing every year. and also many ICOs that make ethereum their platform. so it is likely that ethereum will continue to survive in the future for a very long time.

Yes sir! As long as there is interest from people in the real world to develop and use decentralized applications, the Ethereum platform will survive for quite some time. I've seen many ICOs, and decentralized applications brought by prominent startups and companies to the Ethereum blockchain. This is good, because it helps the cryptocurrency gain widespread mass adoption by average people.

But, several new cryptocurrencies have emerged with the purpose to tackle ETH's place as the second largest cryptocurrency by market cap. Most of them promise high transactions speeds, cheap costs, and a wealth of features that are not available in Ethereum yet. While Ethereum might survive in the long run, these new platforms (like EOS, Cardano, Zilliqa, etcetera) might not do so if they don't manage to gather the attention from people in the mainstream world. What is needed is a secure, robust and solid platform with a good development team and outstanding community, to keep it going for the long term. And Ethereum (although it's facing issues in scalability right now) fits the bill quite nicely.

Therefore, only the oldest and most highly developed cryptocurrencies will survive in the future. I'm taking my chances with Ethereum, Litecoin, IOTA, Monero, and Dash. Smiley

The crypto market will survive this volatility and bearish trend since the beginning of the year, but of course not all altcoins will stay in the future

Of course, the altcoin will survive along with the popularity of bitcoin. There are many altcoins that have potential and have a good future, for example ETH. Although many altcoins are not able to compete in the cryptocurrency market, we must be optimistic and smart at choosing potential altcoins.

I think dentcoin is a decent task to help and get some dentcoin now, ICO is running, and they are giving a lot of tokens to the financial specialists/sipporters, the greatest dentcoin tokens allotments I have ever observed. Dentcoin = portable information exchanging.

The only altcoins that will survive are the ones with consensys mechanism built into them. This means mining, staking, delegated staking, etc. And it is quite debatable if their value is going to increase, because all the miners will be dumping the coins on the exchanges and the users just won't hodl, buy buy and use instantly.

As I would see it separated from Litecoin and Doge coin , some more coins are their whose future is likewise great like, ETH, ETC, MONERO, ICN, WAVES this are every one of a few coins which I know who are dealing with their task and their long haul design are great and like bitcoin regardless of whether contributed for long haul you can get a decent return of speculation.

Altcoin will be able to survive in the future.
Altcoin will be able to compete in the Cryptocurrency market, now there are many choices for developing altcoins.
This proves that altcoin is a good opportunity to invest or trade with altcoins.
There are many people who are interested in altcoin because in a short time they can get a lot of profit.

First of all - Ethereum:) Only the projects which have real valuable products will survive in the future. Most of current altcoins will die, cause they were create to speculate...
