good time to buy this?

Can't give you any advice, because we all could be wrong, but I bought 6500 more one week ago.
Anyway, I'll hold them for quite a long time, because I really like the team and the project.
Time will say.
Good luck.

The project is certainly very attracted the attention and the team seem to work. Now it is very interesting price to buy, but still want to watch a little bit and wait for a more interesting price. Let's see whether below will buy.

If you wait a bit, you can not wait for the right price. Since it can grow even stronger

I would argue with you young man. This coin really does not not differ from other coins on ETH. So the price will necessarily be lower

I'll say this...

I've followed the wormholes on this one, and people say there are multiple announcements across November.  AKA, if it goes up a bit during and after the conference, DON'T SELL...  That's the consensus.  Could be 2x gains turning into 5x gains by December?

Either way, something is happening...  I bought in at 0.65 cents, and by morning, it was down 8%.  Now up 3%.  In a market full of red....

This is no pump and dump...

It's funny, I sold my SONM at a very small gain, and it dropped, and I was seeking another cloud company to buy...something with movement.

...I guess this is it.

Time will tell indeed.

Problem is that people say it to all coins that it could gain x2, x5, x10, so everything could multiple its price, but especially in current market situation its very unlikely to happen, for that reason I just sold my rlc coins with a good profit.

Do you have any idea which announcements are expected?

Can a decentralized cloud computing marketplace one day become a reality?

Journal du Net is one of the biggest players in the French tech media scene. 9 mln readers visit the website monthly, looking the latest trends and developments. JDN’s newsletter of the 27th of October featured an interesting article on a future marketplace of cloud resources.

The article raised the following question: can a cloud computing marketplace one day appear? While this vision can first be discarded as science-fiction, the truth is companies such as iExec are already taking the lead in making it a reality, by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain.

Blockchain allows iExec to orchestrate and secure transactions on the Internet without the need for a trusted third party. The technology is paramount for the commercialization of underutilized or unused cloud resources, in a secure and transparent way. Against the current centralized cloud model, the adoption of the disruptive decentralized model is not an easy matter.

With iExec, the threshold of quality of execution will be held by comparing the results of different providers. If one’s results diverge from the others, its reputation will be diminished, therefore creating a strong incentive towards quality of delivery. In the long run, the marketplace will regulate itself to avoid redundancy of testing between providers with a high level of trust.

The last part of JDN’s article focused on the potential of compute becoming a new financial asset. Global companies with huge IT fleets that are not fully harnessed can put their hardware to work, for example during idle hours or holidays.

This model would also attract cloud providers themselves. With Spot, Amazon already offers a service allowing users to acquire its data centers’ unused resources (at a variable cost relative to supply and demand). Other cloud providers could lean towards the same solution too. This trend could lead to the creation of a whole new market for cloud resource, on which speculators could trade IT power.

iExec was at The Blockchain Summit in London, to stay in the loop of the latest trends, and meet major influencers and executives.

iExec was at Marketforce’s 3rd Biannual Conference in London on the 31st of October represented by Jean-Charles Cabelguen. The goal of the event was to stay up-to-date with blockchain’s most recent trends in finance.

At the opening, Noelle Acheson, Editorial Producer at Coindesk, recalls that last year’s talks about blockchain were limited to presenting the potential of the technology. Today, the debate on blockchain moved to practical solutions and deployment strategies. iExec is well aware of this shift, and the roadmap of the project is attuned to this need.

Afterwards, Vinay Gupta, Founder at hexayurt.capital, delivered the first talk with a sound-titled presentation: “Let’s Save the World and Make a Lot of Money”. He underlined the impact of combining legal work and blockchain to power innovation and deep change.

David Harris, from the London Stock exchange, echoed the opening of the summit. From his point of view, blockchain is moving fast from experimentation to enterprise-grade projects.

Evgeny Xata, CEO of Cybertrust, focused his talk on blockchain being the 6th wave of the economic development, right after microchips. From his projection, the expected value created from blockchain and artificial intelligence could be worth four times the value created by the microchip revolution.

During the conference, three main topics were discussed. For each one of them, six speakers shared either novel concepts or case studies.
- Digital Identity
- Transfer and Trading
- Smart Contracts

The last panel discussion and questions of the summit were managed by Nikola Tchouparov — CEO & Co-Founder at Moneyfold Ltd, Arnaud Le Hors — Technical Lead at Hyperledger, Mark Simpson — Innovation Engineering at Royal Bank of Scotland and Anthony Macey — ead of Blockchain R&D at Barclays.

In short, they all predicted that standardisation will come from projects backed by great vision, but also from regulatory initiatives originating from centralized structures. iExec is also following this path by being at the forefront of the ICO movement in France, all while meeting with regulators and media to develop best practices for crypto funding.

The rest of the day was perfect to spend time with crypto fans and large corporate companies involved in international development, industrial projects, standardization, and international marketing. A perfect timing for iExec to network and initiate future partnerships off-conference!

Can you care to provide more about your "red flag"? I consider this one of the top projects for the cloud on blockchain and 2018 to be more productive for IEX.

If you want to produce a useable currency 'of value' for the 'average Joe' adopter ..You must have a industry standard easy to use pocket book for payments and secure storage ..It's all about the security and power from the wallet ..Should you build it .. They will arrive ..Triff ..

It looks like from all the previous updates and available material that the project is about to kick off usage. RLC token is available at very attractive price because once the Dapp platform will start this will see huge appreciate. Majority care lot of value and that is going to happen already.
