If you think of selling at the right time, then sell it now else you need to wait long time to experience the price rise. The price has started to decrease in a gradual manner. This describes that the price is moving towards a new point to stay long time.

It is not a good advice to sell the coin at this price ,formally it would depend upon the profit you got till now.Price wont go down further without any negative news and whenever the price went down it is simply because of the PBoC manipulation and the price have regained after that.So it is going to wait for a good rally rather than selling it now.

Agreed, but unfortunately all this FUD and making mistakes are part of the learning process. Bitcoin is still unstable at this point, and newcomers have to be wary of all the FUD and FOMO they'll experience, but nothing really prepares them for that.

If there is a chance of profit you should sell it and if not, just have patience and wait for a long time during maturity thats the time that you can sell. this may seem like the best way at first but this very same strategy becomes extremely risky at times like this when price fluctuations become harder to predict.
right now (in short term) we don't know if price is going down because China did something else stupid or will it go up because of other reasons such as the ETF hype.
and when it becomes hard to predict, it also becomes riskier to trade short.

You never know what the price of bitcoin will be if a negative news comes out like a major hack on any exchange and you can never ignore those facts.But if you are well enough to purchase with every dip then it will be a good investment in the longer run.

next halving is about 3-4 years in the future, so you think bitcoin will stop rising unlike other years before and slow down drastically to a tiny ~30% rise each year?!!

Not really big, we have than this last year and I do not think we cannot do it again. The price would tell it all, what you see in your eyes now are real. If we have reach $1,000 now, doubling it is very easy as this year is crucial to us, once we hit the all time high, that will prove to people that bitcoin once again succeeded, and there will be a boost of confidence to the people since media will surely gonna publish this event.
