Sell or wait?

I just wait the right time before I sell it, because I looking forward that in the future value of bitcoin were continues raising up. However, I was not sure how long bitcoin price remain in to high amount.

That's a good choose, you choose to wait than you sell it now even though the price rise but you are not panic to sell it maybe you have same like me believe it if in the future bitcoin price would be higher than the current price.

Many people are ready to wait. There are many news that give us hope that the price of bitcoin will soon be much higher. I'm ready to save now, to buy a few more coins for the future

From the past years, bitcoin made many people millionaires investing in these digital currency. They've waited for many years and they did not stop until they reached their goal price. After the success from investing here, other people are surprised how big these people get from investing and tried it to. Selling will not be right decision to make your bitcoin in the profitable way. You need to hold the bitcoin or invest it on some decent income giving options like trading, lending or mining.
Recently price seems down to 2500$ and now bringing up back now. I would say that we need to wait for some years and can sell out. It may give triple the value from today.

Bitcoin has a good future after the challenges it takes to the blockchain networks, and I believe those bigger whales who invested a huge amount of their money could afford to lose it. They will have to pay those handling the services to make it secure for them, because they are very particular on their security among us and they always prefer investment together with the spending they have, so that in the future they will have to sell their holdings and take their profitable earnings.

Waiting for a higher price is good idea for some holders ,but if you feel that bitcoin price is in danger or  it starts to go down ,then basically you must sell it before it will go down deep.

It is a good idea but to be honest it will takes time to be sump of bitcoin and  if tou gonna buy for sell your coins for short term maybe fee will kill your money your justwasting it much better if you hold kust hold and if you sell dont buy again instead earn for it and make money for it

There won't be a hard fork in August, don't spread such fud. UASF is a soft fork and its looking doomed to fail anyway as it doesn't have wide support.

There won't be a hard fork in August, don't spread such fud. UASF is a soft fork and its looking doomed to fail anyway as it doesn't have wide support.

You can read the post again, and there you might realize he did not say hard fork but just a fork. Either way, there might be a soft fork or none, bitcoin price will be dumping because we all know many investors and users are panicking at a time like these. But if did not happen, well, that is great.

So today I decided to sell 60% of all coins I have (alts converter to BTC) as the price is again over 2.6K. Another 20% converted for ETH and kept just 20%. I know, the price could sky rocket, but at the same time easily could drop under 1K with 2 chains.

Call me conservative if you want, but I don't like the insecurity which the hard fork will bring. .

Anything could happen mate, good thing you were able to foresee the good and the bad side, it has lead to make you

Both of them are good, but its up to you how can you handle it. Because selling of bitcoin in the market is okay but how if the bitcoin price increased their value after you sell I think you regret. In other side waiting for the right time before you sell, how if the bitcoin price were continues fall down. I think both them were mixed before you sell your bitcoin in the market.

indeed, there's a lots of things influences the movements so if you have any idea where its moving you can do the rest but its really hard to do, its needed time, a deeper study and research to intercept the possible goal, long holders will be the beneficiary of this investment for sure after several years value will be more than what we see right now.

Now i believe we are in for a correction and less turbulent time.

most of the people in this form have their comments to wait and not going to sell and i am hopeful that such comments are also making bitcoin more stronger because people become more confident to invest money money in bitcoin because they consider the investment more secure and profitable.  to me my personal view is that in current position long term investment may be more profitable and secure as compare to short term investment.
