What is the difference of Trading to Investing?

though I know that I can search it in google but I want an answer from those people who have already experienced this two.

In my opinion trading and investment is have differences.Trading is a part of investment method that you can earn money or Bitcoin.Investing is a method that how you make more money or Bitcoin in different investment method.

That's it! You're right. If we talk about trading, it's like we are exchanging something to other people and you can have a profit. When talking about investing, you will give money to make it grow depends on how successful the business you are investing.

If you mind it the same like that, The real difference between trading and investment is how you make decisions. When investing you just put your money for a specific amount of time and if you are lucky you get profit. Trading you are in control of how you can earn, just have to look at the market and find out when the price is going to rise.

I hope you can help me in my confusion..

For me difference of trading and investing is very lot. When you say trading, you buying in low and selling in high of different altcoins in crypto. When you say investing, there are some platform in cryptoworld that you can join and you invest some amount of bitcoin to their and you can earn by weekly/monthly  which this is very risky. Some investment is buying altcoins and holding it for longterm. So when you say trading, you are very actively monitoring every price of altcoin that you bought.

both of them is difference, but to make it easier to understand, when you investing, you trust your money to someone and you don't need and can't do anything with your money until certain period, when you trading, you used your skill and knowledge to generate profit and you need to some work in trading, you need to pay attention to the chart and keep the updated news everyday

so when investing you depend on somebody else when trading you depend on yourself

omg, this explanation is simpe and i can understand just by read it once. once i thought that investing is basically trading with long term withdrawal, but in your explanation is different. thanks for make it clear!

i think trading is buy or sell something. user our skill to sell in high number and buy for low number for good quality. negotiation skill is important here.
and about investing, i think is trusting someone to use your money for start new project. you can take back your money until contract ended. if success, you will get your money back with 2x rate or more.

for real i haven't any experience about this. but its just my opinion about that.

Investment and trading are entirely different sort of things. Trading is something far more than just an investment. Investing actually means that you are going to invest your money in any kind of business. But unlike trading, it is not like buying or selling of one thing or other. Trading in my opinion is very good option and it can help you earn good amount of money.

Firstly in investment you put your money for long time, in trading for short period of time(usually).
Secondly If you invest in something then you just support that project, if you trading you just only want to earn and you only watch for your success.
So in trading when you see dump and pump you could be happy in both situations, if you invest then you only want to see pumps.

For me investment is something we spend and have a profit in return.  It is either letting people to manage your money or you do it yourself.  One example of investment is trading where you put money, skills, effort and time to yeild a profit.  while trading is where you exchange your stocks with other stocks, or stuff with other stuff.  Trading is just one section of investment.  So I can say investment is has a wider area while trading is one of the area of investment.

I agree with what you said here sir, but one more thing is that when we invest in something we are also gambling our share, if the project that we invest with fail, our share will be a loss along with the project. So be very careful in investing, make sure you have placed your investments on projects with high success rate although you can never really make sure of that.

Of you invest in crypto there are coins that distributed it right after the sale when if comes from a sale, some tokens holder can give some privileges to have a say on a specific project. Well maybe depends on what project, but stil both were seems profitable depends on strategy.

I think in terms of the time frame, you are quite correct to say that trading is a short time while investment is longer in duration to mature but I can't we say they are different in their modus oparandi?

Okay so the goal of Investing is to build wealth over a period of time thru buying and holding of a portfolio of stocks, mutual funds, bonds and other investment instruments. While on the other hand, Trading involves the more frequent buying and selling of stocks, commodities or currency pairs with the goal of generating returns. It's just simple as that.

In trading you can trade/exchange different types of crypto currency or altcoin and make quick profit depending in the currency you bought you can also buy and sell that altcoin if the price gets higher or lower. In investing you just buy a crypto/alt currency and hold it for a few years depending on you plan on long term investment like bitcoin and then sell it when the price gets higher so can make profit. That's basically it there are a bunch of tutorials in the net teaching how to trade hope this helps.
