Restaurants accepting bitcoin!

I hope it happen, it easy to us if the restaurant were received payment using bitcoin. But we need to introduce first the Bitcoin in the market to accept this as the digital currency.

Great information, but why only in the united states? it would be better if you mentioned in the title and / or description that this is only for the United States. but no matter, for a bitcoiners it very useful when going to the united states

In my country is not all restaurants use bitcoin payments, only just partially restaurants that use bitcoin payments, but like rent a hotel or inn in my country has been widely used bitcoin payments.

Now I look at the list, and there are actually so many restuarants that accept bitcoin. This just proves the bitcoin has grown so much over the past few years. The most famous bitcoin transaction is probably bitcoin for pizza by Lazlo. Bitcoin does have a relation with food it seems

I'm glad if the restaurants were accept bitcoin, maybe we need like credit card with bitcoin currency and we use them every where we want to eat.

I dont see any point in using bitcoins for paying in the restaurants or in a bar, because I have found that it would not be worth for the customers.
Nowadays, bitcoin is literally not being used for micropayments, because it is hard to pay small bills with an asset, that requires such a big fee to send even tiny transaction.
Obviously you can always use https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ , but it is still going to be a high miner commision.

Before implementing some decent solution about block size, we won't have really more places that accept bitcoin. I hope that most of the miners will get convinced by the rest of the community, and will go with the SegWit instead of Bitcoin Unlimited.

exactly bitcoin transaction rate is much ,and majority of customers will not prefer it for using payment.and no small shops will accept unstable currency,tether is good if you want digital currency with cryptography.

The most important question to ask about implementing the bitcoin as a one of the payment options in some store, is do you really want to get payed by your products with something that is actually not stable?
You cannot really count the bitcoin on the current market price, because it is obvious that it may go down a lot, cryptocurrency market is volatile and nothing can change that so far.
It is just not worth it to get payed in some unstable asset, you cannot risk that your company is going to lose some of their money just because some crypto price has decreased. The work needs to be continued, and the firm cannot just afford it, if it will make the future dependant from the bitcoin price.

Awesome, if in my country there is a restaurant like this, the fun of course. Hopefully, soon every city provides a store that can receive payments with BTC.

I understand you say about the risks, but I think this worth a lot. Worth much more for whois receiving payments in BTC than for who is paying in BTCs. The person who receive the money in BTC can exchange the money instantly to fiat, preventing losses if the currency drop its price (what is hard to happen), but the store owner can hold it and I'm sure in long term he will have higher profit.

But the buyer will have less profit as he is using BTCs to buy instead of holding it...

At the current status of bitcoin i think its hard to make bitcoin as part of payment method of one restaurant because not all people already know bitcoin. Much better to make a survey about popularity of bitcoin and it would be your basis if you adopt bitcoin in your business or not.

That is a good approach on this issue, I think that making some kind of a survey in your company would be a good idea.
If some firm is having many customers who may want to pay with bitcoin, then obviously it is worth to implement such a way.
But overall, there are not so many people on the planet that use cryptocurrencies, we are just a small percent. That is why a survey may help really a lot, you will be able to tell if it is worth to accept bitcoin from your clients, as another option to make settlements.

Keep it that way, always try to avoid  taking the unnecessary risk, it is simply not worth it at all.

If they can implement this bitcoin as a payment then paying on restaurant is much easier and it is just like credit cards. Unless my country fully utilized the benefits of bitcoins then it will be a bigger help in other industries as well.

I don't think it will be much easier to pay in bitcoins on restaurant cause as you already know we are having a problem with confirmation time . Paying in credit/debit card takes a minute but bitcoin takes at least 3 minutes to confirm a block assuming that you pay a high priority fee . If the miner fee and confirmation time didn't improve itself, restaurants accepting bitcoin might be difficult to make it happen .

Just think about how to be in those countries where Bitcoin has not legalized, yet that every businessman who is going to have to deal with Bitcoin has to pay taxes , And how to be restaurants , paying for services in Bitcoin , How to register all income and expenses?
