When I try to send them on the account you gave me (206704-28) they disappear from my Poloneix account but they don't show up on my PascalLite Wallet.

I just had a chat with FairPool support team. According to them, this "PUBKEY." prefix is no longer required. They have updated their server code to handle ones without the prefix as well.

When I run mining on the account (40022-30) - I receiving only PASL, but not accounts.

Simple. When you mine to your account your earning go into that account.
When you mine to your public key then your earnings go into seperate accounts for every 12.25 pasl mined. You are essecially mining accounts too. Every block creates 50 pasl and 5 accounts.

Every 4 years the block reward halfs. That is for the first 16 years. I can not say for certain what happens in 16 years or if this will change before then.

You are mining correctly. Your current balance is 7 pasl. Once that reaches 12.25 you will receive a payout and a account. No worries just alittle patiance. You can view your stats on fairpool by pasting your public key into the dashboard search bar.

This is pascal lite (pasl). This is not pascal coin (pasc). Pascal lite is not listed on poloniex. If you are sending pasc to your pasl account that will not work. Unfortuantly, you most likely sent to someone elses pasc account. Check there blockchain to see if the transaction went through.

Does pool mining with an account give more PASL than pool mining with a public key?  Since accounts have value, why wouldn't I just keep mining with the public key to get accounts in addition to PASL?

We offer accounts free to anyone. Your payout is the same either way. Very few account sell since they are free. Mining to a designated account save the trouble of transferring each account balance to a single account.

Is it possible to solo mine with Claymore?  Fairpool is not consistent.  Down again right now ... and the solo miners and banking because of it.  I find this unacceptable considering the 2% fee.

Their stats don't work as intended.  

I'm switching back to PASC until a better pool option is available for PASL.  Not allowing my hash power to take a dump like that with no backups in place.
