i can't understand it . how can i get a wallet address and mine on the wallet adddress Huh i have just joined  web wallet address on https://wallet.pascallite.com and i have a key like something but i couldnt get a wallet address.

There are no wallet addresses.

Only accounts like 12345-56 and PUBLIC keys like 3Gh.......6oX9Y

Both can be used on the pool.

If you mine to your PUBLIC key you will get accounts sent to you, if you mine with your account #, you will only get PASL sent to you.

thank you for respond

so i want to mine on fairpool and use sgminer. when i start sgminer it wants an url an a username

should url be "mine.pasl.fairpool.xyz:4009" ?
and what is the user name ? is that public key ?
and how can i register for an account
i have confusied  Huh

What GPU do you have exactly? Generally its not a good idea to mine this coin with most GPUs since most people dual mine it these days.

Like mining ETH together with PASL without slowing down the ETH speed.

What miner program is everybody using for nvidia cards? Or to be more specific, is there any miner for nvidia that only mines coins with Pascal algo? The Claymore dual-mines with Ethash being the primary algo so I couldn't get the optimal hashrate only for the Pascal

Then you should use the Claymore miner to mine ethash coins and dual mine PASL on the side.

You should get speeds like 28.5MHs/250MHs (ETH/PASL)

hey man i'm mining with a 1070, i use sgminer for solo mining, and claymore dual (as you said) for dual mining

i get about 32/130 eth/pasl  dual mining with -dcri 12 i get about 32/210 eth/pasl dual minig with -dcri 20
i get about 830-840mh/s for just sgminer (27 intensity)

yeah change the "key" to that "account", it can work as ur pool wallet address.

you can change it to payout at 5PASL instead so you can test it out first

Yes there are big plans coming.

Last week we got another dev to join our team.

So there will be improvements forthcoming.

Any news on when the Cryptopia deposits issue/maintenance will be resolved? I've submitted ticked with Cryptopia but they are not particularly responsive nor they provided an ETA for it to be resolved which is a shame as they are the only exchange that lists PASL.

Fellow miners, how are you tackling this? Just hodling onto your PASLs for the time being?

I'm not getting the point of having an account. There is already a wallet, why add an extra pointless step that makes using the currency more annoying?

If I mine coins to my wallet via a pool, I can't even do anything with them or transfer because I don't have an account and can't access operations.

This coin is stupid.

Agreed, this is completely unnecessary and so confusing for new users. I see this a a major downside of the coin that will affect adoption especially since there is no easy way to get the account. Contrary to what others, and especially devs, might think, setting up a wallet, figuring out how to use Slack and asking a Bot for and account (provided the bot works and devs aren't on vacation at the moment) is certainly not simple and not an easy way.

I'd love to hear from devs if there is any benefit or technological requirement for this indeed very weird implementation.

Absolutely. I don't see why I should care about a coin that can't be used until you buy some on an exchange then use it to buy an account. Banks don't charge to open accounts. If they did no one would use them.

Of the dozen other wallet setups I've used for different coins, this is by far the worst.

holding onto for now but wanting to shoot self because looking at it hovering at 50 cents..

Would have been better off mining Pascal back in July for all these months would have at least been able to deposit it now.
I thought pasl was looking to get on a bigger trading site like Poloniex?

Be patient, it can be listed, in time, when Poloniex will decide, that it is interesting for traders, I hope they will.
