You should just trying to buy more. In case the new batch doesnt filled to 10k chips youll get the bitcoins back. Maybe, if only some chips are open zefir will order the batch anyway he wrote. So no risk in investing still

In short: any order paid in April is guaranteed to be delivered. I ensure this by maintaining a buffer of reserved chips to cover orders placed after the last batch has been ordered.

Unfortunately, not. Earlier someone mentioned a site that takes credit cards and is fairly quick to transfer $$. btcquick maybe? You could try bitinstant, too
