Just loved to have the knowledge to know what to do with those chips and how to solder BGA without a skittle... :p They're QFN48, I believe, which is a hell of a lot easier to solder. You can even get sockets for those and plug them into a breadboard. http://www.ebay.com/itm/QFN48-MLF48-QFN-Programming-Adapter-Plastronics-48QN50K17070-7x7-IC-Test-Socket-/251261459301

That's a testing/prototyping socket. You don't want to use those for this. For one thing you'll likely have trouble with clock signalling, plus they're super expensive. PLCC is easy to socket cheaply but not QFN. Soldering is not really a problem but ideally you should have an SMD station rather than a soldering iron. Or go to a mobile phone repair shop and have them do it for a small fee. They always have SMD stations. And then there's toaster ovens.

Yeah, for production you wouldn't want sockets, but for prototyping, wouldn't having that be handy?
Or would the added wire length destroy the quality of that 282MHz signaling?

What is this used for? The translation seems to mean a kitchen machine. Do you mean such thing to use it somehow in the process?

I am not sure if I should purchase chips from Zefir and have them forwarded to burnin or if burnin will acquire the chips for me. Waiting on a response back from burnin.

Zefir has mentioned before he can forward them directly to burnin

Zefir has mentioned before he can forward them directly to burnin Ok, in that case just waiting on a little bit of info from burnin before I pull the trigger. edit: If burnin's information is satisfactory I expect I'll be in for 200 chips @ 17.2 BTC.

A toaster oven is the poor hobbyist's version of the commercial reflow oven. Google "reflow oven" and hit the images page for a show. As long as you are careful and follow instructions described by a good tutorial, where you calibrate your oven, it shouldn't be dangerous. It's how all factories solder boards today. I have an SMD workstation so will do mine by hand. I want another 20 but don't have enough bitcoin now. It's astonishing how fast these are being scooped up.

I'd confirm those 100 chips I've mentioned earlier.
Zefir, please confirm me they are available and I'll pay later when I wake up.

Folks,
please stop asking things that are already covered in the OP, really it is really everything written there. Especially, please don't ask for any exceptions: I will not reserve chips, accept fiat, confirm more than I did in the OP, etc. Thanks for your understanding.
Blockchaininfo is currently down and I can not verify the last payments, but from the posts the first batch is sold out. Payments done after the cut-off line will directly go into a second batch, that will be ordered as soon as the collected amount suffices the batch price.
I do not know if Avalon let their chips produce with each batch ordered, or first wait some time to get them piled up and produce more wafers at once. In the former case, the second batch might be available some days later than the first. If this is a concern for you, please do not order. If you already paid and fell into the second batch, please ask for a full refund before I buy.
Have a nice day.

All I can tell you is, you need to be the owner of the address, i.e. be able to sign with it and use it as return address in case of refunds. If your wallet applications does not allow you to select from which address to send and uses multiple address, you need to give me only one. I'll add a related note to the OP.
