it is an old rates I suppose and they might raise it later and yes they do interested in Sr/Hero member and they are currently having contest for those sig

I think it was answered just above you.  They're currently in the design process for those sigs.

Pick the weekly one. If you had to leave or was removed for some reason, you won't lose the payment for the entire month.
