In relative comments on the success of this coin for 5 years from now, can we believe these thoughts? Maybe yes or maybe not, but yes if really are in the plans of this coin 10 years after its creation, 2023 your prices will be high. Leaving the speculative idea aside, at the present moment can we really believe in this currency?
2023 is 5 years from now, which is a little under the amount of time FTC has been around. I think its very hard to predict where it'll be simply because it offers nothing new, its basically a litecoin adaptation. I think it could be worth a few bucks if they get some partnerships and adoption, but otherwise it'll be gone before 2019 is over |

and tell me, can you believe in LTC, ETH, BTC or others? From my point of view, FTC has stable base devs, good development, strong community, stable POW network with ASIC/FPGA resistant algo, ... that all is more than other 50-70% of cryptocurrencies, they do not have it and will never have. You have to realize that 3/4 of coins were created only for speculations on the exchanges, a lots of them with huge premines. eg, I use FTC and LTC almost every week for real txs within my friends and others, not only for speculative buy/sells at exchanges. Really do not think that 3/4 of current coins will be alive years later, I only know that FTC will be one of the successful. Feathercoin has done something in a different way. |

 BTCPay, the open source payment processor software, gets support for Feathercoin thanks to ChekaZ ! What this means in practice: - Merchants can now easily accept FTC themselves, being fully independent - Payment processors, brokers and exchanges can just use BTCPay and offer that as a service for companies that want to accept FTC (as well as BTC, LTC) - As soon as we have Lightning ported for Feathercoin we get instant Lightning support ootb for merchants thanks to BTCPay ! More hardware wallet support: After the guys from Satoshi Labs merged our pull request, Trezor support for Feathercoin should be just around the corner and come with the next Trezor firmware release ( https://github.com/trezor/trezor-common/pull/105). |
