So now that there's rumblings of Blockstream "capitulating" with an empty promise for 2017... are you guise gonna let me sell  some above $450 for the 3rd time in 2 months??

Not surprised that cripplecoiners can't discern the difference between Jonathan Toomim and his stoner brother Michael... oh wait... it's just a smear tactic by association... gotcha.

Software coming out at the end of the month... the DDoS'ing should be pretty epic!

Should also be interesting to see what Loaded has to say tomorrow, if he says anything at all.

Choo Choo Gentlemen. To 450 and slightly beyond!
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Sell @ 450. Got it. (I get so busy with work. Cry)

I honestly don't see how a contentious hard fork is going to/will do us any good. Different government, same governance problem. In my humble opinion.  Huh No?

Humans will always be the weak link, I think.

To get the first 1.1 MB block into the Blockchain, nodes need to signal to miners that they will accept larger blocks.  One way to do that is with Bitcoin Unlimited (which is compatible with Classic).  The idea is to "break down the wall at 1 MB" one node at a time, eventually unblocking the stream of transaction.

Here is one way to visualize the "Wall at 1 MB":

no "empty promise" if you release the HF now and it activates it self at 01-01-2017

Cool, just in time for the halving volume...  Undecided

HF is not released now... excuse me if I don't take their pronouncements as seriously as I used to. Especially if they haven't even made the pronouncement.

Hmmm. Well potentially they already have the necessary infrastructure for their new coin if they decide to repurpose it away from Bitcoin...

I think I'm done arguing. It just has to play out now.

(I was actually going to use that word but couldn't remember it exactly.)

big blocker capitulation is close ... they have no logical ground to stand on and the whole edifice is crumbling, Crassic was just the Hearn echo swansong

You don't seem to understand. Bigblockers will win if we crash the price far enough to persuade the miners to switch. If we fail in that, it's because the price is going up and they have no reason to listen to us. (if it ain't broke, don't fix it). So it's simple. Just keep pumping until we go away. That's how you'll get us to capitulate.

that's some crassic thinking right there
