oh srry, well to get back to topic.

Why hasnt there been a rally after this? Because of the wall at stamp? There was a small rally 6 hours ago (inside information?) Usually things move up or down with the news right?

Doesn't react to much to news like this because it is a purely speculative market. This news isn't big enough.

there usually is a lag with news, especially good news, but this could be a nice hook into a market, after apps we need to get it accepted by Steam, HoN, LoL, Path of Exile, blizzard store w/e just let the bitcoin flow

Creeping ping-pong on again at MtGox since jan/04 05:00 UTC. Ping stuck at ~880, pong slowly rising. Real bids/asks largely frozen.

Any theories on why this is happening. I can't believe it is to simply increase volume... so what is the benefit?

Ha ha! This is what we need more than ever - APP micropayments!

I'm telling you, despite the fact that each Bitcoin will soon be worth more than an ounce of gold, it's going to be micropayments that are going to give the biggest boost in the long term.

Kind of like plankton feeding whales. Oh whoops, the irony!  Grin

hahaha that's the most likely scenario to happen. Next rally should begin whenever bitcoin gets ACCEPTED & USED by even more people. that's all.
+1 for the nice metaphore  Cheesy
